These are two different types of videos that you need to make to show college coaches that you can play at the next level and increase your chance of getting scholarship offers. If you don't know who I am, I'm Trent Leware. I'm a former college quarterback and now I help recruits just like you get college football scholarship. So, as you know, video is a great form of proof to show college coaches that they actually should recruit you. This is why we use things like highlights to show college coaches what you can do in games. Issue is you may not have enough film to actually get scholarship offers or even get recruited in the first place, which is totally fine. That's probably 98% of recruits just don't have enough film. So what can you do on top of that to show college coaches? Because obviously you can't play more games when we're in the middle of the spring. So there's two kind of videos. The first one is what I call a pro day video. It's drills of you in shirts and shorts just going through workouts that college coaches want to see. For example, I play quarterback. So a great one to do is like showing yourself making throws that college coaches want to see. If you're a receiver, you could be doing one on ones it's probably the most preferred. But even if not, just running routes on error is good.
