95% of families face the same issue in recruiting. Getting in touch with college coaches There are four phases of generating interest, so let's dive into it. The first one where do I even start? If you're brand new to recruiting, you're here. You're overwhelmed, frustrated and confused all at the same time. What you need to do is just get started. Create a Twitter account, start posting DM a few coaches, and email some too. This will at least get you going in the right direction. The second phase is do more. Once you've sent a few messages and have a proper Twitter account, you need to start doing more. Ramp up to one to two Twitter posts per week, 10 Twitter DMs and emails per day. The more the better. Volume negates luck. Third phase do better. Now you've seen some interest at this point, but not as much as you like. So figure out what is working well and what is not. Now double down on what's working and cut out anything that's not. But also make sure to continue doing more. Volume is key. The fourth phase Consistency. Repeat phase two and three as much as possible. This is how you learn what works for you and don't stop no matter what. Recruiting is a momentum game, so once you stop, you have to start again.
