Short instructional video by Trenton Luera explaining what a college football scholarship offer is, how schools communicate offers (graphics, phone calls), and advising athletes to directly clarify with coaches if unsure. The creator also offers a free spreadsheet of college coaches' emails via Instagram DM. The video cautions that offers are not official until signing day (February).

So how do you actually get a scholarship offer? I'm going to break down exactly what a scholarship offer is and how you actually get it. But first, if you want a free spreadsheet of 6,000 plus college coaches emails, all you have to do is DM me the word email on Instagram and I'll DM it to you for free. So scholarship offer is exactly what it sounds like. It's an offer to get a scholarship to that school. Now this whole thing, there's a whole thing about fake offers, stuff like that, I won't get into that. I talked about that in a previous video. But the thing is, they're just offering you that scholarship. It doesn't mean anything's official, not until you actually sign the papers come February on signing day. Now, how you actually get a scholarship offer, because I know sometimes you're like, oh, did I get offered? Did I not? They'll make it clear when you get offered, whether they send you a graphic or they over the phone say, hey, we're going to extend you a scholarship offer, or hey, we're offering you to come to our school. And to be honest, you can always clarify if you want. I would definitely try to clarify more when you feel like, hey, this is an actual scholarship offer. But simply asking, hey, am I being offered by your school right now? Is totally fine. A coach won't have a problem with that. The problem is if you post.
