This YouTube video (part of the "Recruiting Sauce" series by Trenton Luera) gives practical advice for high-school football recruits about tracking college coaches' interest. The speaker introduces the series, offers a free spreadsheet of 6,000+ college coaches' emails via Instagram DM, and emphasizes the importance of actively recording which coaches have contacted you and the content of those conversations (beyond scattered DMs/messages) because recruiting momentum can produce many offers and be hard to track.

Recruiting sauce number nine. So Recruiting Sauce is a series where I drop straight sauce on recruiting so you can get college football scholarships. I myself went through the recruiting process and so I want to help you make sure that you can go through it as smoothly as possible and get the best scholarships possible. Before we dive in though, if you want a free spreadsheet of 6000 plus college coaches emails, all you have to do is DM me the word email on Instagram, I'll send it to you for free. Today's sauce is all about interest and being sure to keep track of who is giving you interest in the first place. Now you might not be confused by that right now because you're just starting in the process and you have like no interest, no responses by coaches, but trust me, I didn't either. And then all of a sudden it just turned on out of nowhere, had a bunch of interest, had a bunch of offers. And one of the things I wish I would have done is keep track of who you're talking to, what that conversations look like, who you even be offered by. Because it's definitely a good problem to have. But eventually, if you're doing the right things, you'll get so much momentum you'll start to lose track. And having everything in your phone, whether it's Twitter, DMs or messages, isn't going to do the job tracking it. So be sure whether it's.
