Short YouTube monologue by Trenton Luera arguing that video (film/highlights) is the single most important factor in college football recruiting. The speaker offers a free spreadsheet of 6,000+ college coaches' emails via Instagram DM, explains that strong film attracts coaches while poor film can negate good stats/awards, and begins recommending actions (first: play well and develop).

This one thing is more important than anything else in recruiting. I'm gonna share with you what it is, why it's important, and what you can do about it. But first, if you want a free spreadsheet with 6000 plus college coaches emails so that way you can save yourself hundreds of hours, then all you have to do is DM me the word emails on Instagram, I'll send it to you for free. So this one thing is film, highlights, whatever you want to call it, video. It is the number one factor that is going to impact your recruiting. Obviously, coaches have to know about that thing, but ultimately, if your film sucks, you're not going to get recruited, even if every coach knows about it. But if your film is off the charts, it's a lot easier to get the attention of college coaches because here's the you can have amazing stats, you have amazing awards, but if your film doesn't really show that, if your film's just a bunch of kids falling over and making you kind of look good, then your film doesn't really help you that much. Everybody knows a saying, you know, I in the sky don't lie. It's the exact same thing with recruiting. Film can help you. It can also expose you. That's why college coaches check it out before even responding back to you. Now at this point you should be like, okay, cool, I know film is important. Okay, what can I do about it? So number one, just play really well. Like become a great player. Make sure you're developing.
