So I was talking to one of my recruits today inside my group scholarship accelerator, and I was asking him, okay, like, what do you feel like has worked really well for you? What are some insights that you've learned? Because the thing is, I'm not going through the recruiting process anymore. He is. And one of the interesting things that he shared with me is that having random conversations with college coaches made him feel like the recruiting process, which is much simpler, felt like he was building better relationships and getting closer to scholarship offers. And this is one of the big things that I teach, because I think it's one of the things that really separated me is just my ability to have conversation with coaches without being awkward or being like a normal, normal high school kid. And it's one of the things I pass on to my recruits, is to ask great questions, to have great conversations. Just be a human overall. Because the thing is, if a coach likes you just as a person, you already go up a lot of other people on the board, even if your talent level isn't necessarily there. So being able to have real conversations, not just about football, not just about recruiting, but about things that the coach might actually care about and that you might be actually interested in about as well, it can lead to some really great conversations. Can.
