A short YouTube video by Trenton Luera offering practical recruiting advice: he provides a free spreadsheet of 6,000+ college coaches' emails (request via Instagram DM) and emphasizes that building momentum is the main missing piece in recruiting. He challenges viewers to spend 30 minutes per day for 14 days on recruiting activities (posting, DMing, emailing coaches, filling questionnaires) to kickstart interest and potentially earn scholarship offers.

One of the biggest pieces that you're missing in your recruiting right now. First, if you want a free spreadsheet with 6000 plus college coaches emails, all you have to do is DM me the word email on Instagram. I'll send it to you for free. So the biggest thing they're missing is just momentum. It's the hardest thing, just getting started, because everyone knows the first offer is the hardest one to get. And then once you have that little bit of proof that somebody trusted you enough to actually offer you a scholarship and be here first, then it really gets easier from there. So all you have to do is get started, start building that momentum. So I just challenge you for the next 14 days. Just hunker down, put 30 minutes into your recruiting, whether that's posting on Twitter, dming, emailing coaches, filling out questionnaires, whatever you have to do to build out momentum, do it. Shoot, you could do it 30 minutes every single day while you're watching Netflix. I really don't care. But it's all about consistency and putting in the time. The thing is, most recruits might do this for one day, but they won't do it for 14 days. And that's how you get started, and you get going in the right direction. So kickstart your recruiting, get that momentum going. Trust me, once you get through that 14 days, you'll probably have a couple of interested coaches. You might even have an offer, and you'll realize that.
