These are the three best ways to ruin your chance of getting a college football scholarship. And it's coming from someone who's gone through the recruiting process and has talked to hundreds of parents and families about their process. So if you want more content like this to get college football scholarships, be sure to drop a follow. Now way number one is get stuck on one school or just a few schools. This is a big issue I see with parents especially. I hop on a call with them, they start talking and they ask them, like, hey, what's your goal? Like, what do you want out of the recruiting process? And they list to me, just a small group of schools. And now I get it. You may think, like, we've done our research. I've gone through, you know, my college experience. I know what you know is right and what's wrong. I'm not discrediting any of that. I'm just saying you don't even know what's going on right now. Like, do they even want a guy like your son? Do they even need a position player that your son plays? Is that even the right fit for your son in the first place? Like, you don't even know that unless, like, you've been already been talking to that coaching staff. You've done visits, you've confirmed that they want them. So I don't get why people are so apt to, like, just put their son in a box or get recruited by certain schools right off the bat. Because for me, yeah, I thought, like, oh, hey, like, these five schools are perfect for me.
