Here's the truth. Recruiting advice is not going to get you recruited. So you're sitting here scrolling on TikTok all the time and you think, oh, I'm learning so much stuff. Maybe you follow me, maybe you follow a couple other people that talk about recruiting, how to get recruited, how to get college football scholarships. And you may be like, oh, I'm learning how to send emails to college coaches, I'm learning how to talk to college coaches. I'm learning about the process and what they expect out of it. Oh my gosh, I'm going to crush it. In reality, none of this advice really helps you. Like it gives you some idea and sense of direction. You're like, okay, well at least I'm not completely clueless. But all this tactical stuff, what I mean by tactical is like stuff that you can actually do, like how to send a DM to a college coach, how to send an email to a college coach, which camps to go to. Watching that is just a form of procrastination. I'll be honest, I'm gonna keep posting it because hey, I need to catch your guys attention. I want you guys to work with me. But instead of relying on advice and like all this tactical stuff and cookie cutter stuff that everybody else is doing, you want to think about from a higher level perspective, you want to think about through principles. Because the thing is, a lot of recruiting is all about context. And so what I mean by all that is you don't.
