This is a four step process for when talking to college coaches to get them to be impressed by you. This is a super simple system that anybody can use and if you do it, I guarantee that you will get better relationships with college coaches and have more likely chance of getting a scholarship offer from them first. Before we dive in, I'm Trent Loire, I'm a former NIA college quarterback and I help kids just like you get scholarship offer. Also, I have a free spreadsheet with 6000 plus college coaches emails to save you hundreds of hours. So if you want it, just DM me the word emails on Instagram I'll send to you for free. So getting into it, the first step is shaking the coach's hand with a firm grip. That is the key part, shaking their hand with firm grip, looking them in the eyes. It just shouts confidence up. It's a great way to start that relationship, especially if you haven't met the coach before then from there you're going to want to introduce yourself quickly. Now, quickly is key. They don't need a long explanation of your whole backstory. But your key points are going to want to be selling points about you. For example, if you go to a big high school like St. John Bosco or modern day, obviously you're going to want to mention that when you're introducing yourself. You're going to mention things like your grad year, what position you play, maybe even teammates that go to their school if you have some, and then if you can even mention something about their program.
