This is the number one question I ask myself when thinking about recruiting. What would a coach want from a recruiter? It's so simple, but it works. Think about a coach is day. They, they're super busy. They're just worrying about how can we win more football games, how we can bring in better guys, how can I, you know, get promoted, how can I get a better job, how can I just keep my job in the first place? They want really great football players. But the thing is, they don't have a lot of time to go scouring every single nook and cranny for a football player. So that's why reaching out to coaches and making it as easy as possible for them works, because they want that reward of a great football player, great recruiting class. It makes them look great, but if you can just bring it to them, that makes it way easier for their job. So make it convenient for them. That's why I teach. Hey, make your DM short, make your email short. You just ultimately want to get them to click the highlight link and then make a short highlight. You don't need to make it 10 minutes long. They don't have that time. You want to make it two, maybe four minutes max. Put your best place first. That way they don't have to watch.
