Short YouTube monologue by Trent (Trenton Luera) giving three concrete steps to improve college football recruiting: (1) daily practice and physical development (get bigger/faster/stronger), (2) strong academic performance to meet NCAA minimums and signal reliability, and (3) know what college coaches are looking for (skills and interview/behavioral expectations). The video asserts that following these steps makes recruiting "10 times easier."

Doing these three things makes your recruiting 10 times easier. If you do each and every step of what I'm gonna tell you, there's no reason you shouldn't get recruited. And number three is probably the most important in your recruiting, and it's one that just most recruits don't do. If you don't know who I am, I'm Trent. Where I'm a former college quarterback, and now I help recruits. Just like you get scholarship offers, the first thing you want to do is practice your craft every single day. And what I mean by that is making sure to become better at your position. Get bigger, get faster, get stronger. Because if you're not a good football player, you're not going to get recruited in the first place. It's just a requirement for you to get recruited. So make sure you are getting better each and every day. Because if you're not getting better, then you're getting worse. Number two is you have to put the effort in the classroom. Grades are a essential part of recruiting. You have to make sure that you're meeting that minimum requirement by the NCAA to get recruited in the first place. On top of that, if you have great grades, it's just an easy box to check through. Shows that you're getting it done in the classroom, that you're taking care of things outside of the football field. Number three, and the most important is knowing what college coaches are looking for in the first place. And this doesn't just apply to, like, your skills on the field. It applies to the questions that you.
