I'm about to give you the exact blueprint that I use to get college football scholarships. First, if you don't know who I am, I'm Trenlor. I'm a former college QB and I help recruiters just like you do the same. So let's dive into it. First thing I did was just make a great highlight. Now, I didn't have a lot of film because I didn't get a lot of playing time in high school, but still, I made as best of a highlight tape as I could. Made the clips really short, got it straight to the point. My best place first wasn't using any music or slow mo. Just made it as simple as possible for a college coach to evaluate me and making myself look as good as possible. Next, I sent that highlight tape to college coaches. I sent them through them directly most of the time through Twitter, dm, also using email and posting on Twitter as well. This allowed me to start talking to these college coaches, get their attention, start moving forward in the process with them. Next, I started building relationships with these coaches. So anybody that responded back, I made sure to continue that conversation, ask them great questions, follow up with them. So that way I continue building a closer relationship with them and hopefully get to that scholarship offer. Then I went to visits and camps. Both of those are great ways to get in front of college coaches in person. Obviously in the camps you're actually proving yourself on the field and the visits are more so getting to communicate.
