How to catch a coach's attentions and get more eyes on your highlights. You need to order your strengths from first to last everywhere you can. Your bio, your emails that you send, your DMs. You need to be highlighting those strengths and then either not even mentioning those weaknesses or hiding them till the end. Because the last thing you want to do is scare coach away from watching your highlights just because you mentioned something that's not impressive. And he's like, you know what? I don't even want to watch this kid. You want to lead him into that highlight because he needs to make an evaluation on your play. Not really some text. He just wants to be impressed by that text enough to the point where he's like, okay, this kid is worth taking a look at. He might be a possibility for us to recruit. He's gonna check out that highlight, make the evaluation, and if he likes you, he's gonna respond, started recruiting you, put you in their board. And if he doesn't, he's gonna move on to the next one because there's thousands of recruited out there. So the last thing you wanna do is bore him with some irrelevant information. They don't have a lot of time to be wasting on reading about your whole life story and your work ethic and this and that. They just wanna know.
