Short-form YouTube video by Trenton Luera presenting a three-step process to obtain college football scholarships. The clip covers dialing in recruiting pillars (high-quality, concise highlights; clean social profiles; short outreach messages), a call-to-action offering a free spreadsheet of 6,000 college coaches' emails, and the importance of persistent, multi-channel outreach (email, DMs, camps) framed as a numbers game.

The three step process you need to follow to get college football scholarships before we dive in. If you want a free spreadsheet with 6000 college coaches emails, all you have to do is DM me the word recruiting on Instagram and I'll send it to you for free. The first thing you need to do is dial in your recruiting pillars. And by recruiting pillars, I mean things like your Twitter profile, your highlights and the messages that you're going to send to college coaches first. With your highlights you're going to want to make sure that your best plays are first and everything's cut short and to the point so that way college coaches can watch it and easily evaluate you so they can make a decision on whether they want to pursue you or not. Then with their Twitter profile, you're going to want to make sure it has all the information about you and that is put together in a clean looking way that catches coaches attention. And then your messages, you're going to want to have them short and to the point, include a little bit about you and link your highlights. Now once you have these all dialed in, it's time to go to step two. Step two is reaching out to college coaches. So you're going to want to start getting the attention of these college coaches by messaging them. And you do that through a lot of different ways, like email, DMs, camps, you can fill out some questionnaires. Really anything you can do to get in front of a college coach, you should be doing. The key is it's a numbers game.
