So stage one, I have no interest at all. This is about the first 90 days.
The first three months of my recruiting process. The goal here is simple.
I'm going to get as much interest.
As possible and then build relationships with them.
So to get interest, the strategy is simple. I'm going to post on Twitter at least two times per week. I'm going to DM coaches and email.
Coaches every single day.
I'm going to fill.
Out questionnaires and then also follow.
Up with these DMS and emails every single week. And that follow up is probably the most important part because Most of the DMs and emails from what we've seen do not even get responded to or probably don't even get seen.
It's really about those follow ups.
Most of your responses are going to come from the third.
Or even fourth follow up.
We've even had some.
Recruits get offers.
After the seventh.
Follow up, so you have to stick with that process.
