How To Send An Email To A College Coach 🔥 📩 Comment “TEMPLATE” and I’ll send you the exact
In this instructional YouTube segment, Trenton Luera (Coach Luera) breaks down why most high‑school football recruits get ignored by college coaches and demonstrates the exact elements of a high‑impact first email. He contrasts poor examples—vague subject lines like “Football recruit” and generic messages lacking specifics—with a winning template that includes a concise subject line (e.g., “2027 quarterback, 6'2, 3.8 GPA”), a brief personal intro, a reference to a specific game tape the coach can watch, a direct link to the recruit’s highlight reel, and a clear request for a short meeting time. Luera stresses that the email must answer the coach’s primary questions up front because coaches delete hundreds of emails weekly. He ends by inviting viewers to comment “TEMPLATE” to receive the exact ready‑to‑send email copy.
