“I’m getting interest from X school”

So what even is interest? I'm sure you heard the word interest. Oh, I'm getting interest from this school and this college code. So what even is it? Interest is when a college coach shows they're interested in you. Now, the thing is, there's levels to this and there's a bunch of ways they can do it. The simplest way is probably they follow you on Twitter or maybe they respond to a message of yours. The biggest sign of interest is if they offer you a scholarship offer. All interest does for you is let you know that a coach is interested in you. And from there you should be trying to turn that in some kind of offer. The goal with interest is to get as much interest as possible. Why? Because the more interest you have, then the more leverage you have and the better chance you have at getting a scholarship. Zero interest means you'll get zero offers. But 10 interested coaches means that probably one of them will turn into an offer eventually if you do the right things along the way. So continue generating interest no matter what, whether you have one scholarship or hundreds. Because the thing is, you never know what's going to happen. Fall for more recruiting tips like this.
