So how I went from an average high school quarterback to a college football quarterback with a lot of scholarship opportunities was pretty simple. It's not a secret or some fancy little tip. It really just comes down to this. I realized that with limited opportunities it was all about getting great film. And so I optimized everything else. My highlights, my twitter, the amount of times I reached out to coaches. I did everything I could to get in front of coaches. And then when I was in front of coaches, I maximized that opportunity. And yeah, every coach didn't respond and I didn't get scholarships from everyone. But when I did get a response, I built a relationship with them. Then once I had a relationship, it really was a no brainer for them to offer me at that point. So stop hoping for scholarship or hoping your high school coach is going to do it for you.
