I had a D1 offer the same day I committed to another school. First, if you want a free spreadsheet with 6,000 plus college coaches emails DM me the word scholarship on instagram and I'll send that to you. So I had this crazy story. I only started 11 games in total in my high school career, was a backup most of the time throughout high school, yet still ended up getting multiple scholarship offers out of high school. Then went to the junior college route due to Covid. Didn't even play my first. Then the second and third year, was the backup most of the time, only started six games, won all six, went 60 as a starter and then had to get into the recruiting process. The thing with junior college recruiting is it happens really quick. You're playing your season hoping that you're doing well. Unless you're a top juco recruit, you don't really hear from too many coaches during this time. Then it hits the mid season point, maybe you hear from a few. Then you go into November, all the schools start to wrap up their seasons. Then boom, it just takes off. Just random things happen all the time. Random follows, random messages, random calls. One time I literally woke up in the morning to a random phone call from a coach who was offering me. So this puts a lot of stress on a young juco player. You're trying to figure out where you're going to even be at for the next year, yet you don't even know what's going to happen tomorrow. So you have the whole.
