So quick little mindset hack. If you're constantly stressed about football, you feel like you're underperforming, you feel like you're not going to make it. Because I used to go through the same thing back when I was playing football through like middle school, high school, even in college. So I want to share something that worked for me, so it can work for you if you don't know who I am. If you're new here, I'm Trent Lower, I'm a former college quarterback. So be sure to follow for more content like this. The number one issue I see that leads to that kind of mindset and so one that I had too is you invest so much time into this thing of football, which is awesome. You do a great job. You're killing it, you're working hard. All you think about, eat, sleep, dream, whatever, football. And so you put a lot of pressure on yourself. But the issue is that also you're tying about a hundred percent of your identity to this, this ball, this pointy ball, weird sized ball. You're just like, if it goes in the end zone, I'm holding it, then I'm the best. If I don't, then I'm the worst. And everybody thinks of me the same way that like everybody views you as a football player and not anybody else. And the thing is, you can't.
