If I was trying to get a visit from usc, this is how I do it. First, I would write a message to every single coach, every single coach on the staff. Doesn't matter who you think is important or not. Message every single coach. Email dm, Instagram, dm. Any way I can contact them. I try. Second, I'd be sure to personalize each and every message, not just hey, Dear Coach Name I'm extremely interested in usc. No, I do my research on the school, the program and the coach. That way they knew I did my research and I'm extremely interested in their school. It's this puts you ahead of every other recruit who's just sending the same copy and paste message. Next, I'd be sure to fill out the questionnaire and mention that in the message. So I'm already in their database and they know that I went above and beyond. Lastly, I'd be sure to just follow up as many times as I need to. The thing is, they're probably not going to see your first message and even if they do, they probably won't respond to it. So you're going to want to make sure to follow up and make sure that they see it. Eventually you should get a response and when you get that response, be sure to push for that visit.
