What's up guys? I'm here in Phoenix Sky Harbor. I'm going to Fort Worth, Texas for the Titanium Crucible. So for those of you guys who don't know, the Titanium Crucible is a 2-day event where RJ Bates, Cassie DeHaas, Neiman Taylor, and myself and Elijah De La Garza will be showing you guys the process that we are all using to wholesale real estate virtually nationwide. This is the same exact training that I went to several months ago that has really really allowed me to scale my business. It's really cool because I'm now part of it, helping show others exactly what we're doing in order to have a lot of success in wholesaling. So I'm going to be showing you guys like the entire thing. You know, I'm just going to be walking you through my entire, uh, 2 days. So today's Wednesday, flying in. We're going to check in the hotel and then we get started first thing tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning, I believe we're going to meet up with everybody. We're going to have like a run and then we'll move into the event. So I'll be showing you guys all the highlights of exactly how it's all going. We're going to chop this up, make a little video so you guys can see kind of a snapshot of what the 2 days looks like and see if maybe it's something you'd like to attend sometime in the future. I'm super excited. Every single time that I come to The Crucible, even though now I'm, you know, teaching other people, I learned something myself. And also, it's just amazing getting to network with other people who are like-minded, you know, wanting to learn wholesaling and change their lives. So it's going to be an amazing 2 days, and I'm super stoked.
All right, what's up guys? I just landed in Fort Worth. Dude, I don't know what it is about like fucking airplanes and airports, but I feel like the damnedest shit is always happening to me, bro. I'm on a plane and I'm sitting there, I got a legal pad out, busting out my goals for 2023. I'm taking the time to write it all down. If you guys want to see those, go check them out. I posted all that shit on Twitter. But Anyway, while I'm doing this, I'm sitting in like on the window seat and the guy in the aisle seat, I noticed like he's like talking to the fucking, to the flight attendant and I can hear him telling the story and apparently like he got hit by the beverage cart. Like he was sitting down and I guess the beverage cart like hit his fucking shoulder and he's sitting there like crying at the flight attendant like, "Oh, it fucking hurts. Like, I don't know." Flight attendant's like, "Well, like, do you think it's like a problem? Like, do you think it's broken?" He's like, "Oh, I don't know. I don't know." Like, and he's sitting there like holding his shoulder. He's like, "Well, let me get you some ice." She goes and gets this man an ice pack. And he's sitting there with the fucking ice pack on and shit. And keep in mind, bro, this guy's mid-50s, built like fucking Dick Cheney. He looks like a politician, deadass. He's wearing a fucking white button-up shirt, just like a boring-ass old guy with glasses. He looks like a dork. And he's sitting there fucking having this pity party, just bitching to the flight attendant, being such a pussy, saying his shoulder hurts. And she's like, well, do you think it's a problem? Do you want me to see if there's someone who can examine it, like a medical professional on board? He's like, oh yeah, bro, this bitch deadass gets on the intercom and fucking turns on all the lights on the airplane and is like, oh, is there any medical professionals who can examine a medical emergency on board? What the fuck are you talking about? Medical emergency, bro? Your shoulder hurt. Like, you bumped it in the beverage cart, bro. You're not dying. But anyway, this fucking lady comes over and is like doing all these like tests on the guy. And she's like basically like, yeah, bro, you bumped your shoulder. You're fine. And he's like, oh yeah, okay, right, yeah. And then like the fucking— the whole rest of the flight, dude, the flight attendant is there like getting all the information from them. Like they're probably like, goddamn, we're getting sued. I don't even know, it was crazy. It was the most flagrant act of pussiness I've ever seen in my entire life, I think. But anyway, we're landed, we're here in Fort Worth now, about to head over the hotel, get a good night's sleep. Let's see what time is it. I don't know what time it is Fort Worth time. It's like fucking 9 o'clock or something. I'm gonna go crash. I haven't eaten dinner, So I'll probably just like grab some beef jerky or something from the hotel. We'll crash and then we're gonna get up early before the event and get in a workout. So I will see you guys then.

6:30 here. I'm just getting a little treadmill workout before day 1 of The Crucible. 12 incline, 3 speed. Go 15 minutes. As always, we do this every single day. No excuses. Day 1 of The Crucible is awesome, man.

The way The Crucible is designed is to kind of go through the wholesaling process like in order. So first thing is gonna be lead generation. So we're going to go through all the different lead generation tools that we use. It's like a very in-depth guide on how we use Batch to pull data, to stack data, really valuable. And then also everything else we do as far as getting leads. So our PPC strategy, all of our different lead sources, we got Batch leads. We're going to show how we do PPC. We're going to show how we're doing YouTube leads. We're going to show how our website's set up, how we're doing website leads, everything like that. Every single one of our different lead generation strategies. After that, RJ comes on and does the King Closers education. If you guys don't know RJ Bates, 2-time champion closing wholesale deals. He's the King Closer. He's gonna come on and show everybody his technique, what we all do. It's a lot different than what most people learn on how to lock up deals. It's extremely beneficial for me, simplified the entire process, and just we do it in a way that's much more honest, much more upfront, takes less time, and allows us to close more deals. So RJ does that afterwards. Then we do some deal analysis, some comping, things like that. And that wraps up day 1. After day 1, we all go axe throwing. So everybody that attends The Crucible is invited to attend. We go to a place here in Fort Worth, throw some axes, have a little competition. But really it's just a chance to meet everybody and network. But throughout the entire time, I'll be bringing you guys with me so you guys can see what it's all about.
