Being on time and keeping your word on calls and appointments builds trust and brings more business. Most people don't do it consistently, so showing up when you say you will sets you apart and costs you money if you don't.
Always be on time. If you want to make more money in your business, you need to call people when you say you're going to call them. You need to show up on time for appointments. People lose so much money by not following up with people when they say they're going to. If you make a commitment to give somebody a call at 9 AM on a Saturday, you need to be giving them a call at 9 AM on a Saturday. Now, are the other people always going to return the courtesy of being on time? Absolutely not. But you will get more business if you stay true to your word and you always show up on time.
