CALLING SELLERS LIVE | WHOLESALING REAL ESTATE

In this 2‑hour live stream, Tyson Smith runs a real‑time cold‑calling marathon to test and demonstrate his wholesaling real‑estate operation. Using an automated assistant (Amy) he dials dozens of leads from various states, encounters voicemails, fake numbers, and a few live conversations (e.g., with Amy, a private‑lender representative, and a potential seller). Throughout the call‑run, Tyson explains the mechanics of his business: how he sources leads via inbound digital ads, the role of creative financing versus hard‑money lenders, the structure of wholesale contracts, and the typical risk profile (he claims zero risk if contracts are properly written). He discusses hiring—looking for salespeople in Arizona, compensation models, and his team’s workflow (Podio CRM, smartphone.io VoIP, Investor Lift for buyer lists). Tyson also shares personal anecdotes (bodybuilding, luxury watches, cars, college experience) to build credibility and entertain the audience, while repeatedly urging viewers to like and subscribe on TikTok and YouTube. He promotes free resources (freewholesalingresources.com), mentions educational podcasts (Real Estate Disruptors), and outlines his marketing funnel (Facebook/Instagram/Google ads, MLS listings, investor lift). The stream blends instructional content, sales pitch, and informal banter, providing a comprehensive snapshot of a modern wholesaling operation.

All right, we got Tanya of Cedar Grove. Nope, psych, doesn't have a phone number. All right, we got Charles of Grove, Oklahoma.
You have reached mailbox number 9183144444.
Seems like a fake number. I don't have anything in the Panhandle, brother. What kind of stuff you looking for though? Yo, what's up? Zainab, I don't know how to pronounce that, bro, but good to see you in here. All right, Ronald, Rock Cave, West Virginia.
The wireless customer you are calling is not available.
Psych! Guess not. Karen, Phillipson, Mass.
Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system. 9-7-8.

All right, Karen's phone's off. All right, single-family housing, 70% or better, less than $650K. Right on, that's awesome. Uh, yo Nick, thank you for the weights, respect. Respect on the weights because weights are goated. All right, we got Don, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. We've done some deals in Mount Pleasant. Hey bro, what's up?
How you doing?
Yo, if you guys just joined in the, uh, TikTok, go ahead and tap the screen a bunch of times, give me some likes. I appreciate you. Let's see if we can't get this up to like 5,000 likes. All right, Dawn didn't answer. All right, Chipotle called, they said, where you been? Coach Jackson, bro, Chipotle knows where I'm at, dog. They know where to find me. They got my shit, they fucking know my work address, they know my home address, they know my shit, bro. Chipotle can find me, dog. Ian, you wholesale and creative financing? Little bit of this, little bit of that, my guy. Like 99% wholesaling though. I will do creative financing every once in a while though. But not my favorite thing. Third week of May, be competing in 6th year of bodybuilding. Yo, congratulations dude, that's very exciting. What division are you competing in? Johnny Ashton, I buy and sell houses. All right, we got Carolyn. Cuthbert, Georgia. So, Johnnies, what you're watching me do is call people, try and buy their house for cheap so that I can resell it for expensive.
I'm sorry, the person you were trying to reach has a voicemail box.
But this requires somebody to answer the phone.
Yo, I appreciate you talking to me.
Are you the actual top G? Is that— are you actually Andrew Tate? Be honest, you can't lie. You have to tell me. Alright. Amy of Deerfield Beach, Florida. Is this the Panhandle? I have a deal for you, bro. I just got a feeling she's going to answer too.
Hello?
Hello, Amy?
This is Amy.
Hey Amy, this is Tyson. Looks like you filled out some information on my website about possibly selling a property over here in Deerfield Beach?
No, not at all.
No.
Are you with EXP Realty?
No, I'm not.
Okay, it came up as EXP Realty on my phone.
Really?
Uh-huh.
That's odd. No, I'm with We Buy Homes Cash. I just saw that you had filled out the form on our website saying you might be interested.
I didn't fill out any forms.
Really?
Uh-huh.
Um, Huh.
Is—
do you have like a— maybe your husband might have?
Well, if he did, then it's a scam because I'm not married.
Oh, gotcha.
Well, where are you at?
I'm out of Phoenix, but we buy houses, uh, we buy houses across the country.
Okay, um, I've been calling Arizona for my other job. I'm an account executive for Pro One Capital Funding. And we do, um, we do private lending and hard money loans nationwide. So if I called you, it was also from my other phone. So I'm surprised that you're calling me on my Realty phone.
No, I mean, uh, you have all this information about me.
It's like, wow.
Yeah, well, here's the thing is, I mean, I've got here in my system right here that this came from our website. We have your number and your email address and, uh, and your address.
What email? What email do you have?
It's, uh, lastnameminute6369@yahoo.com.
That's not it. Huh.
Well, I wonder who filled this out. That's kind of odd.
I think it is kind of odd. I did have When I first got my real estate license, I had some people, investors, I'm not even sure if they were investors, but I assume that they were probably trying to find somebody new in the business that could get them information through the MLS and send it to them, you know? And there were like 5 or 6 people that were in the same group. That were contacting me, and I was advised by my managing broker that unless you're going to charge an upfront nonrefundable commission to these people, to not bother with it.
Yeah.
So, you know, the address that you gave me is not any email address that I have. So, you know, I— the only thing is that, you know, I don't know if you looked up my other phone number and have the ability to get my information that way.
Um, I mean, look, we don't do any kind of outbound marketing how some of these companies do. All of us is— everything we get is strictly people who come to our website and they fill out information. So looks like there must have just been—
you know, I believe you. I, I believe you about that, and I just kind of maybe, um, I'm thinking maybe I, um, actually hit a phone number of somebody that was contacting me before, and maybe they used my information.
Yeah, it could be something like that, I guess.
Yeah, you know, anger that I wouldn't, um, work for them for free, number one, and number two, being like, oh well, here we can you know, annoy her. So, yeah, and you're not annoying me, by the way. I'm just like, wow, how did I, you know, how do they have all this information? And my, you know, on the tax rolls, somebody can look me up and definitely find my address. I'm not hiding, right? So, you know, all right, I don't have to hide.
Well, I'll tell you what, I'll go ahead and I'll take you out of our system.
Um, but do you guys, uh, ever use private lenders while I have you on the phone?
Um, so for private money, yeah, we do. We have relationships with different hard money lenders, but, um, well, we're actually a really big one out of here.
Can I send you my information for that from my email? Yeah, and it'll be the only solicitation, you know, the only contact that you'll get from me unless you contact me.
Amy, I am more than happy to, to to see what other competitors are doing to our current arrangement and see if we can get a better rate. So if you want to send me an email, it's, uh, T-Y-S-O-N.
I'm sorry, Tyson?
Yeah, T-Y-S-O-N, like the chicken.
Right, Tyson, or Mike Tyson. Yup. He won every fight, right? Mm-hmm. So, uh, okay, and what's the company you're with?
We buy homes cash.
We buy— great, I picked up the only pen that's running out of ink. Hold on. We buy homes cash.
Yep.
Homes cash. Okay, and what's your email address, Tyson?
It's tyson@webuyhomescash.com.
S-E-B-U-Y-H-O-M-E-S-CASH.com. Okay, the company that I work with is Pro One Capital Funding. And I'm going to send you out an email here in just a moment. It also has a list of the most popular investment loans that we do, and we don't have any application fee and we don't run your credit when you send us the pre-qualifying application. So, you know, if you're shopping terms, we would be a good place to see about. So, glad that you accidentally called me.
Yeah, look how these things get done. Who knows, maybe we'll get some money from you guys or something.
Yeah, well, I'm not selling my house. I intend to live here for a very long time, so—
Right on.
But if I was going to, I would give you a holler.
Alright, well, I do appreciate that, Amy. Thank you.
No problem. I hope you have a great day.
You too. I look forward to getting your email. Thanks. All right, bye-bye. Do you guys see this? Guys, look, I got people fucking begging to give me money over here. It's what happens when you start picking up the phone, dude. You just— you find Amy and then she fucking harasses you and tries to get you— tries to give me money. That's, that's how this work. She did. She hit me with the Uno reverse card. I was like, damn, let me buy your house. She's like, nah, let me give you money. I'm I'm like, all right, fine. What the fuck, right? Shit. Yo, if you guys are on TikTok and you guys are wanting to see the properties I'm looking at, the people I'm talking to, I am live on YouTube where I show my entire screen. You can see how I run my calculations, how I look at properties, all that good stuff. Feel free to go check it out. But if you don't want to do that, you want to stay on TikTok, make sure you tap the fuck out of the screen so we get more likes because that is gangster as fuck of you guys for doing that. And it makes me love you. What's your YouTube? It's Tyson Smith. Link is also in my TikTok bio. Just popping in to say you've been blessed with some great hair, dude. Dude, thank you, man. I appreciate that, dog. Thank you, Mick. Say less. I'm there and I'm subscribed. Fuck yeah, let's go. And when you subscribe, I got it set up so it does a cool little thing and it shows a GIF of Jordan Belfort. So that's what I'm talking about. All right. Tell you don't have time for wearing a $25K watch. Do you use REI Reply. I've never used REI Reply. Just got my first deal under contract. Dude, let's go, Vince. Congratulations. She just hit you with the Uno reverse card. Yes, she did. Yes, she did. All right, let's go. Dead fucking spam call. Okay, next. On to the next. I subbed. No, you didn't. If you would have subbed, I would have gotten a notification. You would have heard a little ding. Do you buy homes in— oh, almost got me, bro. Almost got me. All right, who we got next? Kevin in Genevieve. Is that how you say that? Genevieve? Oh, let's go, Ruben! Thank you for subscribing to the YouTube channel, guys. We're getting really close to 2,000 subs on YouTube, and I'm gonna get a little dopamine hit when we get to 2,000 subs that I will not get again. Yo, I appreciate you, State Farm member, and also Palo P3 for also subscribing. But State Farm team member, I appreciate you coming on over and saying what's up, dog. All right, what was I doing? Oh yeah, I'm gonna Google how the fuck to pronounce Genevieve because I hate calling people and sounding like a dumbass.
Genevieve.
Got it right, it was Genevieve. That's what I'm talking about. All right, we're calling Kevin from Genevieve. All right, have you ever ate at— oh, Big Fish. Close, bro. Got that rizzy rizz, the Rizzly Bear dog. Yo, what is up with these people who are like asking me to go live with them? I don't know you. We ain't on that. You know what I won't ever do, guys? Guys, guys, I learned of— guys, I learned of this thing on TikTok where people do these little battles against each other, these little live battles, and like the winner is determined by whose viewers donate the most amount of money. And so these people are on TikTok and they're just fucking professional beggars and they just sit there and beg their audience to show them love. Guys, you will never catch me doing that shit. All right, enough on that. Yo, what's up, Prize Pick Guru? What the fuck? My dad bought— brought his dog to the office today. It's a little golden doodle named Archie. I see it. I saw a tweet. It's just— it has been living rent-free in my head. There was like, we need a slur for golden doodles, and I think that's so funny. All right. Not that I condone slurs or anything derogatory, unless that it's someone inventing one for a breed of dog, then it's kind of funny. All right. It's called new Gen Z panhandling. That is some Gen Z-ass panhandling. Going live and being like, oh, thanks guys for showing me love. Fucking guys here, if you guys are watching, I don't want you guys to gift anything ever. I just want you to tap the screen so that it shows the live to more people. But I don't want you to gift. You, like, come on. Big Fish, bro, come on. I'm too sly. You're not gonna get me on that, dog. What outbound call system you use? The VoIP I use is smartphone.io, dog. What do your employees do all day? Like cold call all day or what do they do? They do exactly what I'm doing right now.
They—
it's not cold calling, but yo, Price Pick Gurus, keep grinding, bro. Doing great things. I appreciate that, man. Thank you. Thank you for watching, dog. All right, we're calling Nuno, New Bedford, Massachusetts. I've been to New Bedford, fun fact.
Please leave your message.
I have been to New Bedford. Because I have a friend from college that lives in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, and I went to his house for Thanksgiving and he took me to New Bedford and we ate some Portuguese food. We went to this place, this like chicken place, and we ate fucking Portuguese chicken and it was really good. Favorite NFL team? Dude, I do not watch the NFL. I don't watch any sports. Do you have any internship opportunities? No, I do not. "How much money would employee make if they got a deal for $20,000?" Depends on what employee. "What's the URL on your shirt?" Dude, guys, this is a We Buy Homes Cash fucking exclusive. These are only available to We Buy Homes Cash team members with a bicep of a certain circumference. No, I do not sports bet. "Where do you buy TRT?" From a doctor. Yo, Kevoslice, thank you for sending weights again. I appreciate it, but like, Seriously, dude, um, hey, I, I mean, you don't need to do that. You can just fucking tap the screen and give me likes. Um, that's absolutely free, so I'm more about that. You drive a Jeep Wrangler? False, I drive a Mercedes-Benz GLE 53 AMG. Nice fake Submariner. Hey, Katerade, if I were to show you all the documents and papers showing that my Submariner is real What would you do? I have to keep this on hand just to fucking prove bitch boy ass commenters fake all the time. So here is my little book. Let me— I don't want to show you my serial number, but as you can see, we got the card, we got fucking everything. What else we got? We got all this shit, dude. We got the box, we got the fucking— look, we got all the links. The fucking links, the little— where is the thing? We got this fucking thing, motherfucker. Wearing a fake watch, dog. Here's one thing about me, dog. Number one, the first time I ever made $100 grand on one deal, I immediately went to the fucking nearest Rolex store in Arizona, Hyde Park Jewelers in fucking Scottsdale Fashion Square. I walked in and I said, I'd like to buy a Rolex. And the lady— the dude, it was a dude, I remember— he fucking laughed at me. He was like, bro, what do you mean you want to buy a Rolex? So does fucking everyone else, dog. Get in line. I was like, what are you talking about? He's like, we don't have any Rolexes here, bro. It's like, this shit is fucking like— you got to be on a waiting list, dog. I was like, what? He's like, do you want to join the waiting list? I was like, no, I want a fucking watch right now. He's like, dog, you got to go fucking buy a used one. I was like, what the fuck? I didn't understand, guys. I didn't know this. So then I went down to a place called Estate Watch and Jewelry Company. I walked in, I looked at their fucking watches. They had some Subs, some, some fucking GMTs, some Day-Dates, shit like that. Saw the Sub I wanted, I picked that one out, and I fucking bought it. I did not negotiate on price whatsoever. Again, I was new to the game. I didn't know. Way overpaid for the watch. Not way overpaid, paid $13,900 for it. I don't know what the fuck it was worth back then. But paid that, got fucking boned on the taxes as well. Doesn't matter. I fucking love this watch. I'll never sell it. I'll have it for the rest of my life. You saw the Porsche? No, sold the Porsche, got it, got an AMG. All right, how do creative financiers make money on home after rehab costs and short-term balloon? Well, it depends. Some of them are buy and hold, some of them are using creative financing to get into the deal without needing hard money. There's all kinds of Different ways, dog. Depends on the deal. How do you find properties? Inbound marketing. I have digital ads running on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube that's like, hey, do you need to sell your house? And then they fucking click the link and they fill out their information with their name, their phone number, their email address, their property, some information about the property. Then I call them, we buy it. That's how it goes. Big Fish, you are not gonna get me, dog. You aren't gonna get me like that. I know your tricks. All right, next. Carla, Sun City, Arizona. Miguel, I had a 911 Carrera.
Hi, this is Carla leaving message and I'll call you back.
It was a really fun car. I liked it. I miss driving a sports car. I do. All right. How many deals do you have entirely? Justin, we've gotten like 90 contracts since the beginning of this year alone. Do you use Ringy? Jeffrey, I'm not sure what Ringy is. But I don't use it. All right, let's call Carla again. What are the risks of wholesaling real estate? There are none. Wholesaling real estate has zero risk if done correctly. The only risk you could possibly have is losing your EMD, but as long as you have your contract structured the right way—
not even that.
Not even that. Zero risk in wholesaling real estate. Are you hiring? Yes, I am hiring, guys. I'm actively hiring talented salespeople. If you're interested and you live in Arizona or are willing to relocate to Arizona, hit the link in my bio, scroll down, it says, are you interested in working out with me? Fill out the application, we'll get on on an interview. How do you find buyers for properties? Bro, I list them on the MLS, or I also utilize Investor Lift where I can send them out to 4 million cash buyers. Is the brick wall real? No, brick wall is fake. If I want to lease an office building for wholesaling like you, what percentage commission should I give? Dude, Official Hazel, that's not how this works, dog. You can't go to the office building like, I'll just give you a percent of my shit. Well, maybe you can, but nah, I just pay rent. It costs like 20, almost 3 grand a month for this office space. All right, what's your LinkedIn, bro? I do not use LinkedIn, never have. That right there is a boomer-ass social media. Okay, is a real estate license necessary to get into real estate? A Bway Cooks, I don't have a real estate license. You're looking lean. Wholesale God, yo, mm, mwah. Give me a kiss like that, bro. You keep talking like that, Wholesale God, shit. Hmm. I have to take you out. All right. All right. I'm doing a lot of— I'm doing a lot of yapping. Not a lot of yapping to the right people, though. And just absolutely deleting fucking sparkling waters today. I'm not— I'm skipping lunch. I kind of, kind of went a little bit off the rails last night. I ate a fuck ton of those Reese's, you know, the Reese's, the Easter Reese's. They're like Reese's peanut butter cups, but they're in egg shape. Meredith was telling me, Meredith was telling me that the egg-shaped ones are better because they don't have the ridges. And I was like, that sounds— Jason, fuck. I was like, that sounds like bullshit. Like, because it doesn't have ridges, they're better? And I was like, fuck it, let's order some. And then I was ordering some, then obviously I had to get some Cadbury chocolate eggs too. Had I been smoking a little bit of the zaza? Yes. Were we about to watch a movie? Yes. Did we order those? Did I eat too many of them? Did I go over my calories? Yes. Is it okay? Yes, because we're just skipping lunch today, so we will be fine. Also, I started watching the movie V for Vendetta with Meredith. I was pretty intrigued, didn't know a lot what the fuck was going on, but I was intrigued. However, I've not finished it. Has anybody that's seen this movie— can they let me know if it's worth me finishing? Do I like Billie Eilish? Yes. Bunch of bangers out of Billie Eilish. Eyelash. Eilish. Not worth it. That movie is amazing. That movie's ass. Whoa. Worth finishing. It's worth it. Okay. The council has spoken, we're gonna finish it. All right, let's keep going. Jason didn't answer, on to the next. Alexandru, Sugar Hill, Georgia. We'll just call him Alex. Why don't you do cold calling or batch texting? I used to. Entire point of the movie is the end. Okay guys, I'm finishing V for Vendetta. But anyway, to answer your question, Wholesale God, why I don't do cold calling or texting anymore. It's because those are great lead generation sources for when you don't have a lot of money to spend on marketing. But as soon as you do have a lot of money to spend on marketing, you get much better results, much better ROAS, return on ad spend, from these other inbound forms of marketing.
Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice mail.
At least in my experience. Are you your own social media manager? Social SMMA. I know that, I don't know exactly what that stands for. I know it's something to do with social media management. No, I have a guy, his name is Jonathan. He's fucking, he just graduated high school. He comes, he hangs out with me and he fucking operates all my fucking media shit. And he also like posts my shit on Instagram and whatnot, but he doesn't talk to anybody. So if you're DMing me anything like that, you're commenting, It's me who is responding unless you're commenting on TikTok because I don't really respond to TikTok comments very much anymore. But YouTube, Instagram, I do. What part of Arizona are you in? I'm in Phoenix. All right. No, no. What the fuck is that? Okay. Gail, St. Louis. Fucking St. Louis, dog. Alright, what percentage commission should I give to my employees when I hire some? Depends on what their role is.
I'm sorry.
John, yes, I still use Podio. I've been investing in my Podio heavily. We have like a really badass build out at this point. Yeah, dude, John, I used to be a Podio disrespector and now I am a Podio enjoyer. Because I've heavily invested into our build-out and we have a really badass one with the KPI and the reporting. This is all just phenomenal and all of the automations work seamlessly and it's great now. But I used to not like it, but now I love it. So yes. Short answer, yes, I still use Podio. Would you recommend pre-foreclosure or vacant properties? I'm in Nevada. I recommend both. Did you go to college? Yes, I went to the University of Alabama. I studied finance and real estate. No, it is not necessary. No, it has not helped me. Do you wholesale or flip land?
I'm sorry, but the person you called—
Yeah, I've wholesaled land before. It's not something I target though. Were you a part of the machine? I'm so weak. You still hit the gym? Yeah, I still hit the gym. College is an L. College is not an L. College is a huge W if you do it right. I did it right. Got fucking the majority of my school paid for via scholarships, went there, partied, had a great time, got all that out of me. And now we just fucking— we're at the business. I had some amazing times, met some amazing people, met my girlfriend, love of my life. So college was a huge W, but I did it right. If you go to college and you study fucking interpretive dancing for fucking beginners and you spend a quarter million dollars doing it, and then you expect to get a job to pay off student loans that you fucking got to go get that dumbass degree, then yeah, college is a huge L. John, you rock, bro. I appreciate you, man. Know any famous football players? No. Your lives are dope, man. Entertaining and informative. Beauty. Dude, I appreciate you, man. Thank you. Thank you for watching, dog. Keep smashing that like button. Love you. All right. All right, we got Timothy. Miami, Oklahoma. What, dude? Why is there low-key Miami in like a lot of different places that weren't Florida? What's up, MC Hammer Time? I'm doing well, man. How are you? You still in AZ? Yes, sir.
Please leave your message for—
That guy sounds like a treat. All right, you're pretty legit. Sorry for the Rolex comment, it was a test. It's all right, bro, I forgive you. Guys, I've been killing these fucking Waterloo sparkling waters. It's a lemon lime flavor. Fuckin' dick. All right, let's call Timothy again. I want to talk to this guy. It's pronounced Miami. I bet it is, just from hearing this guy's voicemail.
Please leave your message for—
That's fucking sick. Do you guys hear that? This guy's voicemail message is, "Yeah, it's me." That's dope. That's some gangster shit. I need to change my voicemail right now. Instead of being like, I don't even know what the fuck mine says, probably like, "Hey, it's Tyson, call me back." I need to change it to, "Yeah, it's me." Fucking done. Boom. Sparkling or seltzer? Um, is there a difference? It's sparkling. Also, we're moving on to the strawberry flavor right now. Largest wholesale deal we've ever done was $132,000, Dom C. It was on that deal that I went and bought the Rollie. Goat deal. Actually, it was a pain in the ass, but whatever. All right, next we have Abe Lincolnwood. Let's see what's up. Jehovah's Thickness, that's a hilarious name. How's business around these times, man? It's been good, dog. Buddy getting to work? Yes, sir. Uh, would you say you work hard? Yeah, I would. Although I don't think of it in the way that you are. I don't work hard in the fact that like I'm fucking 24/7 doing like fucking just ripping cold calls and doing all of that. It's just like I'm very intentional about my work and when I am working. Are you on Ozempic? No, have not taken it. Looks dope though. Advice on getting into wholesaling? Join Wholesaling 101. Wish you much prosperity, bro. I appreciate you. I wish all of you guys prosperity as well. I love all my fellow humans. Just a Dude Being a Guy, thank you for following. So do you get paid hourly doing phone calls all day? No, I do not. I own the business. Does anything change with wholesaling depending on the state? Yes, depending on some states it does. But for the most part, it's all very much the same. Advice for getting so swole? Go to the gym, 1v1 gravity every single day until you lose, repeat. How old are you, bro? I'm 25. How much was your first wholesale deal? First wholesale deal was either $20,000 or $30,000. I don't even remember. I really need to go back into the fucking vault and look because people ask me about my first one all the time. I've just done so many since then, dog. All right, Lindbergh, Greeleyville, South Carolina. This got to be a tiny-ass town. How many deals a month are you doing on average? At least 30.
Your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system.
"Is there any place we can get a copy of your as-is contract for free? Would be helpful." Yeah, John Vault, www.freewholesalingresources.com. You can get my contract, script, and assignment contract. "You've never beaten gravity?" No, gravity beats me every single day when I go to the gym. I fucking try and beat gravity and gravity just kicks my ass. "Are you using a program to make calls?" Yeah, I'm using a VoIP called smartphone.io. "How much would you make working for you?" How much would I make working for me? What? Bro, that's hurting my brain to even think about. "What are you cold calling for? Wholesale deals?" Yes, wholesale deals. "How hungry are you right now?" I'm fucking starving. That's why I'm just pounding these sparkling waters. I also got this, it's called ZOA. It's Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's energy drink. White peach flavor. Pretty dank. But yeah, I'm definitely starving. All right, we got Willie. Columbia, South Carolina. Oh shit, dude, I used to mob the Columbia all the time when I was in college. Like once a semester I'd go down to USC. Loved, loved going to the University of South Carolina. Got robbed in Columbia. Fun fact, I did. Got robbed. Are you calling homeowners? Yes. So you get paid when you close deals, basically? Yep. What'd you get robbed for? My phone.

Didn't have anything else. They got my phone though. All right, we have Israel of Chatham— Chatham, Chatham, gotta be Chatham, Chatham, Louisiana. Percentage of the deal or the whole thing? Well, I've got to give up percentage and stuff depending on who in my company helped, if somebody bought it, somebody sold it, right? Yo, I appreciate you, Manny. Best of blessings to you as well, brother. "That is the moment you started working out." Bro, I've been working out since I was 14 years old. I'm 25 now. Since I was 14, bro. "Are you still working with the same company?" Yes, it's the company I own. "What software are you using to call from the computer?" It's called smartphone.io. But you can call, you can do this for free with a Google Voice number. "You're dope, brother, I appreciate you." Zeke, thank you, dog. "How'd you learn how to wholesale?" YouTube, Real Estate Disruptors Podcast, which by the way, I was on Real Estate Disruptors. The episode just came out yesterday. Go check it out. For you guys who are uninitiated, Real Estate Disruptors hosted by Steve Trang is probably the best podcast for learning wholesaling or any kinds of real estate investing, honestly. It's what I learned on and I finally, I got to go on as a guest on Sunday. It was awesome. So I'd go check that out. "Realest guy in the game." Dude, John, I appreciate you, man. That's what we're trying to do. But holy shit, you know what else we're trying to do is fucking have a conversation with somebody. All we've done is talk to Amy who's just trying to fucking give me money. I need to give somebody money in exchange for their house. "Did you do Andrew Tate's program, How to Make Money?" No. "Most successful HustlerU student ever." No. Huge Andrew Tate fan, not Hustler University student. Would you recommend getting into real estate? Yes. Real estate is the shit. Alright.

I'm gonna explain to you guys real quick. I'm gonna explain to you guys why real estate is the best. Here's why. When you don't have a lot of money and you need to get your paws on some money, my best advice is to go find the most expensive thing you can sell and start selling it. Because when you sell things, you get commission. And the amount of commission you get is gonna be based on how expensive the shit you sell is. You can get into real estate, which is some shit that has fucking at least one comma in it, and more often than not, like 6 zeros. And so you can get yourself a little piece of that. You're gonna make more money than selling the majority of other things that you wanna get into. Now there are a lot of other high-ticket things that you can start selling, can make plenty of great commission, and that's great. But the thing about getting into selling real estate is the barrier to entry is so low. Gotta get your real estate license, you gotta learn how to wholesale, whatever the fuck it is. That's why I recommend getting into real estate, is because you can start making a lot of money, and plus you're learning an industry that then you can start using that money to invest into other things so you start to make even more money. All right, do you play pickleball? No, I play tennis. I don't really like pickleball, to be honest with you. All right.
Okay.
"Put the cold calling scripts, assignment contracts, etc. website in the chat." Michael, you can get it. Look, it's just freewholesalingresources.com, and also that link is in my bio. "What if I don't have any investor meetups near me?" There are plenty of other ways. "Do you wholesale land?" Not specifically, but I do. Steve Trang, "Real Estate Disruptor is the right one?" Yep, that's the right one. One sec, I'm got— I'm getting some information from my, uh, I'm buying a purse, a primary residence. Which I'm purposely not talking a lot about because I'm gonna make a YouTube video about the whole thing. But I'm buying a personal residence. The house is fucking dope. I'm so excited. But I'm dealing with the final fucking bit of the loan process right now. And the underwriter just emailed me some shit I need to send him. So I'm looking at that 'cause it's kind of time sensitive. Alright, okay, back to the game, back to the game. Are you going to Taylor Swift? Yeah, I am. How did you know that? I am going to the Taylor Swift concert with Meredith. And like my mom. Alright, do you do direct mail campaigns? No. How do you find buyers? I list my deals on the MLS, so we find buyers that way. Um, alright. Okay, okay guys, I actually have to deal with this real quick. However, I'm gonna be back on live and we're gonna make some more calls, but right now I need to send the underwriter these documents so I can fucking buy my house. We'll be back though. We'll be back. Anyway, love you guys. We'll see you in a bit.
