What's up, Anthony? How you doing, bro? All right, where do we send you the info to JV? Eric, DM me the word JV on Instagram and And I will send you my form to submit JV deals. Of course, brother. Alright, I've been advised to lowball people for a minimum is $70K assignment fee. Is that too much? There's no such thing as too much, bro. I'll take a $70K assignment fee, but I always like to start my first offer at least making like a $50K assignment fee if I can, and then I go up from there. Do you post deals on a website for buyers to see? No, not really. I just send them directly to buyers that I know are gonna buy them. Alright, I just texted the guy and, uh, Do you send pictures to buyers via iMessage or email or something else? Um, Anthony, I will get pictures and then I will upload them to a Dropbox file and I'll send that file to buyers. In this situation, I'm just gonna text them over iMessage because I've already just been talking to the buyer about the deal. But typically I will upload them to Dropbox and send that. You could also use Google Drive link or Google Photos link or anything like that. 'Cause Dropbox is kind of expensive, I think. Alright. Okay. I find myself procrastinating cold calling and only grinding leads. The thing that makes me nervous on the phone is the feeling of lack of knowledge on real estate. Scared for objections. Any advice? You are fearing something that does not exist in the immediate in front of you. You are worried about things that might possibly happen. AKA, you are worried about nothing. Instead of inventing problems for yourself in the future that do not currently exist, Focus on what's directly in front of you, and what's directly in front of you is you are not making enough money as you need to. And the way for you to make more money is to start cold calling. So instead of worrying about what could happen, oh, this might happen, I might not know what to do, go fucking through the fire, start calling people. And if you get hit with an objection that you don't know, literally come into my chat, say, hey, somebody said this, I didn't know what to say. I'll tell you, and then you'll learn from it, and then you'll be able to handle the next ones. Because It's all pretty much the same framework, okay, when it comes to objections. You just got to get to the root of what they're asking, why they're asking it, and everything's fine, okay? Instead of being— instead of making up problems for you that don't exist, just go get started, okay? Because from there you will learn that it's not that crazy and you're not really going to get that many objections. Is pre-foreclosure good candidate for a lead? Yes. So you add your pictures to a Dropbox and send the file of it via iMessage. Yeah, or I'll email it to them or whatever, you know. All right, I am actually starving, so I'm gonna need to hop off while I wait for this guy to send pictures. Um, if he sends them to me soon, I'll jump back on live, so the, the recording will be there. Um, if you guys didn't know, you can access all— whoops, what the fuck? This is showing the wrong screen. All right, if you guys didn't know, you can access all my other live recordings. Um, let's see, what screen is this? All right, here we go. Um, you can access all of this just— whatever, all the lives are pre-recorded on my YouTube channel. Just go to my YouTube channel and hit the live button and it'll show up. But yeah, I'm hungry, I gotta get something to eat. Oh wait, hold up. Here's somebody else texting me pics, but for a different deal. Okay, anyway, I'll go back live once I talk to this guy so that you guys can see me get this deal
