What's up, guys? All right, I'm hoping Bonnie is not mad at me. She invited me to go to a fucking karate tournament this weekend and I didn't go, but I hope that she will still sell me her house right now. So let's find out. What's up, Aiden? Yes, Aiden. Yes, we are doing a cold calling masterclass with Batch Leads. Oops, we had the wrong screen. Please leave your message. I'll— what's going on? Here we go. All right, okay. Calling you, do not answer, we redial. What's up, Josh? Some guy on Instagram said if you don't have $2,300, wholesaling is gonna be a waste of time. Sounds like somebody's trying to sell a $2,300 course. You can absolutely get started wholesaling with $0. I assure you, I did not have $2,300 for my first deal. Tyson, like the chicken company, precisely. Precisely. Yo, congrats Josh, that's amazing dude. All right. Alright, I didn't answer, she didn't answer, so I'm gonna text her and say, hey Bonnie, I have some good news about Frontier Street, give me a call back when you got a second. Tyson. Do you buy properties in Alabama? Yes, I've done many deals in Alabama. Getting back out there but just moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Ever done deals out there? Yes, Jacksonville is an amazing market. I've done many of them. When did you come out to your family? Um, dude, it's pretty funny because I have a sister who is— she's gay. And when she came out, I was like— I just thought she was joking. I was like 10 or something, and I was just like laughing at her, and she really took it to heart and and she gets mad at me about it for this day. Hello, Meredith! Did you bring the cops with you? Did you bring the cops with you? I just heard that police siren. All right, when's the next training? I'm not sure. I'm, uh, I'm setting up a new one. Um, is Gamble posted up on that pillow nesting still? Makes sense. All right, how can I get you to teach me? Guys, if you guys are looking, I actually have 5 open spots right now for one-on-one mentorships. If you guys are interested in working with me one-on-one, I will hold your hand through getting your first deal. That's from getting your first contract to getting it sold to an investor, everything you need to know. Go to Instagram, DM me the word one-on-one. Alright, he said you need money for marketing, CRM, etc. Dude, if you— anybody who's trying to tell you that you need a CRM when you first get started is either selling CRMs or is giving you bad advice, okay? It was all my one-on-one people, even people who have tens of thousands of dollars they want to spend at this, they don't spend any money in the beginning, okay? There's absolutely no reason to. Okay, you do not need a CRM when you're starting. The only reason you would need a CRM is if you have hundreds of leads, and you're not going to have hundreds of leads, okay? All right, what do I do when I have both the contracts signed? You send them to the title company. Yeah, exactly, just like Josh said. You do not, I mean, I always set my one-on-one students up in a Google Sheet, and I set up with simple little columns and that's it. All right, I just realized though that I have an actual meeting that I completely forgot about. So I've gotta get on that meeting. I'm gonna go back on live after this meeting, so probably like 30 minutes, but yeah. If anything, just get your LLC. No, that's stupid advice too. There's no reason to have an LLC when you get started. All right, I'll be right back, guys.
