Who got you into this or how did you discover it? So two different ways. Number one, my dad was a realtor and he told me about it because his realtor business was doing really bad. This is 2020, COVID. His realtor business was doing really bad and he had this deal and somebody connected him with this other guy named Templeton Walker, who's a really big wholesaler here in Arizona. He's a G, I love him. One of my best mentors. Temp showed him how to wholesale and my dad told me about it, was like, dude, this is the truth. I'm gonna do this. You should come do this with me. And I was like, nah, bro, that sounds like a scam. I'm not doing that. But then I started to learn about wholesaling from TikTok and I started to see other people talking about it. And I saw these dudes with sick-ass watches driving dope cars. And I'm like, yo, all right, maybe there was something to what my dad said. So then also I lost my job because of COVID And so I didn't really have any other option. I was like, all right, shoot, dude, I gotta go make some money. I'm fucking sick and tired of being broke. And I just went all in.
