How are you generating your leads right now? Yeah, I get my leads in two primary ways. My first way, the way I'm making the most amount of money, comes from cold calling. So I go on Batch Leads, I pull a list. I'm pulling lists, you know, vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, tax defaults, inherited properties, liens. I send those lists to cold callers. The cold callers call them, hey, you want to sell your house? They say yes. They pass it on to my system here, give them a call. We see who really wants to sell. We make them an offer.
