How many buyers do you allow to walk the property before it's too much for the seller and make it feel like a walkthrough? I don't know. I'll have as many as I possibly can. I don't know. You just got to feel out the seller. Some sellers get pissed off about it. Here's the deal. My philosophy with wholesaling is I'm not trying to maximize every single deal. I want to turn and burn the moment I have an offer that's profitable that I know that person can close. I'm taking that. I'm not going to go try and get an extra $5,000 on every single deal. Now, is that something that I probably could do better on and figure out different ways to? Yes. Is this something we're working on? Absolutely. But I'm trying to turn and burn. As soon as I have somebody ready that's profitable, boom, send an assignment, get your EMD in. Let's go. It's yours.
