Here's exactly how my student who was working at DoorDash closed a $48,000 real estate deal using none of his own money and without a real estate license. This guy literally learned everything I taught him on a free class. If you want to sign up for the next free class I'm doing, hit the link in my bio, sign up now. Now the way he was able to make this money is by finding rundown properties for rich real estate investors. So the way it works is you can find all these rundown properties in your area, or if you're smart, use the internet, and then you call them up and you make them a lowball offer for the property since it's run down. So for instance, let's say you find a property that if it was all fixed up, it could be worth like $100,000. But instead, you offer the owner of the property $50,000 for the property as it is right now. Then you and the owner sign a contract for you to buy the property. But when you sign a contract to buy a property for a piece of real estate, you don't have to have the money right then and there. Most people don't have the money to buy the properties that they're putting under contract, right? They have to go get a loan for it, and they do that during their inspection period. But instead of us using our inspection period to inspect the property or go get a loan, We find a rich real estate investor who will pay more for the same property. Rich real estate investors are really easy to find if you know where to look. So once you get a property under contract for a discount, you'll call up these rich real estate investors and say, hey, I have this property worth $100,000. I'll sell it to you for $70,000. And once you find somebody that accepts, you can then sell the right to your original contract that you have with the seller for $50,000 to that person for $70,000. The rich real estate investor will then have to pay $70,000 to a title company. The title company will give $50,000 to the original seller and they'll send you a wire transfer for the difference. In this case, $20,000. I have done this legit hundreds of times in over half the different states in the US. It's what got me in my dream house and it's what bought me my dream cars that are sitting out front of it. If you want to be my next student that's closing 5-figure deals every single month, then hit the link in my bio.
