I look at obviously a lot of house every single day and you can tell like the cookie cutter, like the fucking white, gray LVT. You see that shit all the time. Your guys' shit does not look like that. You could show me like 5 flips and I'd be able to pick out which one they did because it's the fucking sick-ass one that actually has like character. And it's you, right? Like it's you who's doing all the design? Yeah.

I also see people who they try and be different and then it's tacky. I know. It looks like shit. I know. Where you are like crisp.
I almost went into interior design and I almost went into architecture. Those are the two things that I contemplated going into when I was getting my degree. I didn't do it. Really? But we're doing it now. My wife was like, you're definitely gay. I was like, I swear I'm not. I just like interior design.
