How do you wholesale a property from a different state without seeing the property? So you have a conversation with the homeowner and you understand the condition from the conversation. You send them a purchase contract. You get the purchase contract signed via DocuSign. So you can send it to them on their email. They can sign it there. It's just the same as if you filled it out with pen. Then you send somebody to the property to take pictures. Now you're going to say, Tyson, I don't know anybody in that state. Who am I going to send to take pictures? No worries. You're going to go on Craigslist. You're going to make a post looking for somebody to take photos of a property, $50. I guarantee you within 10 minutes of posting that ad, your phone's going to be blowing the fuck up. Up. Now you have everything you need to market that property to a buyer.
