I’m Changing My Life in the next 21 Days | Day 1 Locked In

In this 21‑day self‑improvement vlog, Tyson Smith outlines a comprehensive daily regimen designed to align his habits with his long‑term vision of becoming a healthier, wealthier, and more influential person. He introduces eight "non‑negotiables" he will perform every day for the next 21 days: (1) take vitamin D and a Total Human stack, (2) work out daily – strength training 4‑5 times a week, cardio every day, sauna and targeted stretching (dead hangs for shoulder health), (3) eat only whole foods, eliminating candy and ice‑cream, (4) create three short‑form videos (TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Instagram Reels) to help others and grow his audience, (5) film one daily vlog on YouTube for accountability, (6) conduct two hours of live cold‑calling to generate real‑estate deals and sharpen his sales skill, (7) journal each day to clarify thoughts and improve thinking, and (8) maintain hydration with reverse‑osmosis water plus electrolytes. He explains the philosophical basis for the challenge – habit‑based excellence, inertia, and a “Level 10” ideal self – and ties each habit to three core goals: health, wealth, and influence. The video documents Day 1 execution: a sourdough‑and‑jam pre‑workout breakfast, a light chest workout (plate‑loaded incline press, cable flies, dead hangs), 20 minutes on the StairMaster at a target heart‑rate, a sauna session, a post‑workout meal of grass‑fed ground beef and rice, and the preparation of three TikTok ideas. He also records several cold‑calling interactions with property owners, showing his script, negotiation attempts, and outcomes (e.g., a $10‑20 k potential deal). Throughout, he invites audience feedback, emphasizes accountability, and reinforces his vision of becoming the pinnacle of health, a successful real‑estate investor, and a content creator who helps others.

What's going on, everybody? Um, today I'm gonna begin a 21-day challenge with myself, uh, basically in order to get my daily habits more in line with my long-term vision of myself. So here's the deal, I've always believed in something, I even got it tattooed right here on my leg, and it's that we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit. And basically, I believe that if you want to be excellent, it all comes down to what you do every single day. And those things compound into be the person you actually are, your character, right? I also have another thing that I kind of always live by, and that's that if you repeated every single day as you did yesterday, would you be closer or farther from your goals? And while I do a pretty good job of this, there are some things that I'm kind of slacking on, and I want to basically just do a 21-day challenge for myself where I have certain things called non-negotiables that I'm going to do every single day, and I'm going to make a video every single day, sort of recording my progress going through this. So right now I want to go through what my daily non-negotiables are. These are things that I'm going to do literally every single day. Doesn't matter if it's the weekend or if it's Monday, whatever. It doesn't matter. We're getting it done. The point behind this is a concept of inertia. If you do something every single day, it makes it so much easier to do it again tomorrow. Where if you take breaks, falling in a line after a couple days or something like that can be a lot more difficult, at least I've noticed. So these are gonna be things I'm gonna do literally every single day. Some of them are gonna be little like sort of just checkmark things, and some of them are gonna be completely new habits that I'm trying to implement. But another part of this challenge is I'm not just saying I'm gonna do something for the sake of doing something. Every single thing I have on these daily negotiables is for a reason. Um, and so I'm going to talk about what the new daily negotiable is and why I'm doing it. The first one is just taking vitamins. Um, so I'm on TRT, so I get my blood work done so I know exactly what my body is deficient in. And thankfully it's only one thing, which is vitamin D. Um, so I have my vitamin D pills right here. We're just gonna get this one literally checked off, and then we'll go into why this is on my list. So I've got my vitamin D pills right here, and then I'm also going to do this, uh, Total Human, uh, stack. So this is a day and night thing. Joe Rogan talks about it. I don't even know what it does really, or even if it helps, but whatever. It's going to make me feel better just mentally because of placebo, but at least I know that that's why. So vitamins real quick, and then we'll go into the why, and then we'll go through the rest of the non-negotiables, and then we're going to get my day started. Um, as part of this challenge, I'm going to be vlogging every single day. So, um, if there are certain things you guys want to see, um, that I do, or you think I do, that I don't show, then go ahead and tell me because I'm going to try and make this as interesting as possible and only include the things that you guys will most want to see. All right, vitamins taken. So why vitamins is part of my— so by the way, all of these, uh, negotiables are based around my long-term vision for myself, right? It all starts from the idea of who is the level 10 ideal version of Tyson. What does he look like? What does he do? What do I want my dream life, my dream person to be? It's all based around that. So there's always a why. So as part of my vitamins is part of my vision for myself is I'm the absolute pinnacle of health, right? I want to be the healthiest person I possibly can be. And for me, that's going to mean making sure that all my, you know, my levels of everything, whether it be my vitamins or my just everything is kind of in check. So these first sort of 3 non-negotiables are all about that. Number 1 is going to be take vitamins. So every single day on camera, you're going to see me swallow a bunch of pills. Lucky you. The second non-negotiable is going to be going to the gym every single day. Now, this has always been a habit that I've been pretty good at doing. I like going to the gym, so it's an easy thing for me to do. However, I've never had a good habit of going every single day. Now, there's a method behind this because I'm not going to work out every single day. Um, meaning like I'm not gonna do strength training every single day. I'll still only do that probably 4 or 5 days a week. But in addition to strength training, um, I'm also going to do cardio, which is something I also do pretty well. And my cardio, we'll talk about it more. We'll talk about more of the gym stuff on my way to the gym today, about exactly what I'm going to do. And also, if you guys want to see me actually record myself do my workouts, that's something I can do too. But again, I don't want these videos to be 4 hours long because I want them to only include the most helpful bits that are going to help you. Um, anyway, um, anyway, going to the gym every single day. Not going to strength train every single day, but I will do cardio every single day, and I will do the sauna every single day. And something I need to add into my regimen is some stretching because I'm getting to the age now where I'm starting to get injuries. Right now my shoulders are like really screwed up, like, and I, I can't even like do shoulder press right now because they're so screwed up. And I don't know if this is because of me working out and just doing heavy presses, or, or if it's because of how I sleep. Because when I sleep, I kind of sleep like on my shoulder, sort of like I have like a pillow and I lay on my shoulder like this. And I think that that's what's messing it up. So first order of business in the stretching is I'm going to be doing dead hangs. I've been seeing on Twitter, and everybody knows that everything on Twitter is absolute truth, and I've been seeing on Twitter that dead hangs is like the ultimate cure to all things shoulders. So I'm going to start doing that, but I'm also just going to do some other stretches. I really want to work on like my hip flexors and just getting my hips not as tight, uh, because I don't stretch at all. So at least some days when I go to the gym, I'm going to be stretching. But whatever I do, um, basically as part of this vlog series thing I'm doing, I'm going to record myself on the way to the gym, Sam Sulek style, and I'm I'm just gonna talk about what I'm gonna do and why. Anyway, so why go to the gym every single day is non-negotiable. That same part as before, part of my vision for myself. Number one, I'm pinnacle of health. Number two, part of my vision for myself is I'm jacked, right? The ideal version in my head of what I want to be is jacked, right? And so I'm doing myself a disservice by not allowing that to be part of my reality. Now, we already are pretty jacked. But right now I got some belly and a little bit of titties that we need to get rid of. So first order of business, let's do that. So take vitamins, go to the gym. Number 3, this one is going to be tough. Number 3, non-negotiable, and I'm committing to this for the next 21 days, is I'm going to eat only whole foods. Okay, so I'm gonna have to get rid of some— a lot of my favorite things like candy and ice cream and shit like that, right? So, um, also I'm going to be talking about on these videos my meals and what I'm going to eat. Um, you know, hopefully we'll record some of them because I think I am pretty good at cooking for gains, meaning making healthy food as good as it can possibly taste while still being healthy. But basically, dude, I have a bad sweet tooth and I think that's the reason for the aforementioned tits and belly. And so I'm just getting rid of that. We're just not eating any candy or any of that shit that I love. We're stricken. We're sticking strictly to whole foods. And yeah, we're doing at least for 21 days. Maybe after that we can start adding some of that stuff in in a responsible manner. But for now, we're just going cold turkey for the next 21 days. Why 21 days, you might ask? Well, 21 days because I heard somewhere that it takes 21 days to build a new habit and we're about to do that right now. So, okay. And then why only whole foods? Exactly same wise as before. Why are we doing this? Because the vision of myself is a very healthy guy, right? I don't want to be like a fat slob. That is not part of the idea of who I want myself to be. So we're not going to do that. All right. Third non-negotiable, we are going to rip 3 short-form videos a day, meaning more than likely this will be 3 TikToks a day unless TikTok gets banned. Then, um, whatever, it'll be 3 Instagram Shorts or YouTube Shorts or whatever. I'm sure they'll get posted everywhere. My editors will take care of that. But either way, we're doing 3 TikToks a day. Reason why, um, number 1 is the more people I'm able to help, the more money I make, and Helping people is part of my vision for myself. Um, something that Wes Watson says, and a lot of this also comes from Wes Watson, that guy's the GOAT. If you don't know who Wes Watson is, just search Wes Watson, Brad Lee, and then watch both of their episodes. Or I think they might have 3 podcasts together, but watch those, dude. They're, they're so good. I love them. I think Wes Watson is hilarious. He says it like it is. Um, anyway, I digress. Um, It— but what I got from him, what I got from Wes Watson, is that, um, it is your purpose as a man to become the purpose— the person you admire and give that— give that person as a gift back to the world. Um, so I've done a lot of things that are good. I've also made tons of mistakes, but I believe that I'm in a position right now where I can help a lot of people, right? I know some things that if you knew what I knew, you you would be in a different financial situation than you are now. Now, is that said that I'm the richest guy in the world? Absolutely not. Working on getting there though. But, you know, I do make a good bit of money, especially for a 26-year-old, and I have the ability to help other people get there too. And the best way for me to do this, I think, is gonna be number one, by making TikTok videos. That's sort of the top of funnel of being able to show people, hey, here's kind of what I do. And then for the people who that sticks to, that gravitates to, they're gonna be able to fall into things where they're gonna come here and watch these videos, which also as part of these videos, you're gonna see more stuff, right? As you see more on, we're gonna— more things are about teaching more people and helping people, you know, learn how to make more money and get into real estate and things like that. So you'll see. But so 3 TikToks a day. Why? Because the more people I help, the more money I'm gonna make. Number 2, part of my vision for myself is somebody who helps a lot of people. Number 3, part of vision for myself is I'm rich or, you know, make a lot of money. So they kind of all fall in together. The more TikToks I make, the more people I help, the more people I help, the more money I make. And it fits in my vision of helping more people and just becoming a more influential person. So that's part of it as well. Next non-negotiable is going to be one vlog a day. So this is going to be exactly what you're watching right now. These are going to be posted on YouTube. What they're gonna be is a lot of it is gonna be yapping like I'm doing right now. My plan so far is I'm gonna be making a yapping little portion in the morning, sort of like I'm doing right now. I'm also gonna yap on my way to the gym, Sam Sulek style. I'll tell you about what I'm gonna do at the gym. And also I'm gonna kind of listen to your guys' feedback in the comments where if you guys are like, hey, that part is fucking boring, I don't wanna see that, just let me know and I'll stop doing that part. Or if you wanna see more of something, you're like, hey Tyson, I like that you're talking about going to the gym, but maybe record yourself at the gym so I can see this stuff so I can do it. And if you want that, no worries, drop a comment, I'll do that. But anyway, we'll make one vlog a day. Reasons why, same as the TikToks. More content equals more people I can help equals more money I make equals more influential I can become and then more people I can help and it's a giant cycle, right? So, and then that in addition to the wise accountability, right? One thing I love about being on social media is I say something to all of you guys and now I have to hold myself accountable to it because I said it to you guys and now you guys are gonna hold me accountable to it and it's awesome, right? It's a symbiotic relationship, right? Anyway, so one vlog a day, you'll see these on YouTube. Don't know how fast my editor is gonna actually be able to turn them around so I don't know if they're gonna get posted every single day, but just know I'm recording them every single day and I'm gonna get on my editor's ass and make sure that he can get them posted every single day. But we'll see. Shout out, Riddick. Love you, bro. All right. Next non-negotiable is going to be 2 hours of cold calling a day. And these are all going to be recorded. They'll be live. I'm not sure if they're going to actually be part of this video, but they will be live on my channel. Or maybe I will record them and only the best parts can be cut up into this video. Not sure yet. But what you need to know is every single day for the next 2 hours, for the next 21 days, I'm going to be cold calling for 2 hours. Why? Number 1, help more people, right? Something I'm good at. And cold calling is a skill that if you learn how to do, you're going to make so much money. And it's something that I've worked really hard to become good at. And when I was learning how to get good at it, the biggest thing that helped me was watching other people do it. And so this is just part of my purpose of giving my, you know, becoming the man that you admire and giving him back to the world. That's me doing this, right? Because something I've worked on is becoming good at cold calling. And if I can show you how to do this, you can learn how to get good at cold calling, and that's going to change your financial future. And so that helps me achieve my goals, helps you achieve your goals. So we're going to be recording myself cold calling for 2 hours a day. Number 1, help you guys. Number 2, to sharpen my own skills. Um, it's something I haven't been, um, really doing a lot of, right? I worked really hard for many years getting good at cold calling, and I kind of fallen off, right? Because then I've been now all of a sudden I got employees and I'm working on managing them and it's just something I'm not doing anymore. So often at least, you know, I still am hopping on live and doing it, but it's not something I'm doing on a regular basis. And here's the deal, I'm really good at it. And like, I, the difference between me cold calling and one of my employees is like really different because for a number of reasons, but I'm just super good at it and I can convert at a way higher level than anybody else I've ever had working underneath me. So I'm just going to make way more money. But also I'm going to sharpen my skills. Like I've kind of fallen off on it and I need to get back in the routine, pick some things up, keep getting better, keep getting better at it because it's something, you know, you're never going to become the best. You always have to sharpen your skills, right? Like, you know, not like Cristiano Ronaldo stopped practicing free kicks. So we need to continue to sharpen my skills because the better I get, the better you guys can get. Again, symbiotic relationship. Another why is just when I cold call, like I said, I'm really good at it. So I'm going to do more deals. So I'm going to make more money, which comes back into my vision of being crazy fucking rich. So yeah, 2 hours of cold calling a day, another non-negotiable. Last is I'm going to journal every single day. This is something I have, like, there's been small spurts in my life when I was consistent at this and Here's the thing about journaling. Writing forces you to articulate your thoughts, right? For me, my thoughts are kind of all over the place. I don't really have like an inner monologue like some people talk about. My thoughts is just mostly sort of pictures and ideas that sort of flow together and they move at a speed that's just way faster than talking. And I need to be able to organize these things and really think about what it is I think. And why do I think that? And defend my arguments. I think the best way to do this is by writing. And, um, the people I know, um, who are the smartest that are my age, all of them write. And, um, it's something that I don't do enough of, I want to do more of. And so boom, we're making it a non-negotiable. Why? I want to become smarter, right? And I think writing forces you to become smarter. Like I said, it forces you to to clearly dictate your— dictate your arguments. Think why you think things. And, uh, I think it's just good for you. So yeah, we're gonna start journaling, um, because I want to become a better thinker. I want to become smarter. And, um, I think that this is going to be a great way to do it. So every single day I'm just going to journal about whatever it is I want to. Um, I don't have any sort of like thing about it. If I want to, I don't know, just journal about a memory, or if I want to think about a specific idea I have, then, then that's what I'll do. And this is probably something I'll do in the start of the morning. And I think we'll notice is that whatever I end up journaling about, I'm gonna end up yapping about on these videos and in my TikToks. And so this is gonna be good because my ideas are gonna be more clearly thought out, better reasoned. And so you guys are gonna learn faster because I'm learning better. It's gonna be awesome. Anyway, that is, uh, sort of the beginning. Um, so what I got to do now is number one, I'm gonna eat some pre-workout breakfast, which is going to be some sourdough toast and jam. So I'm gonna whip that up right now, we'll show you, and then we're gonna head on to the gym. I got this little rig set up so that I can record in my car, and we'll get after it. Okay, all right, for breakfast pre-workout, we got the sourdough toast with some blackberry preserves on it, all organic, Whole Foods. Um, anyway, this is going to be about 400 calories, about 80 grams of carbs. Delightful pre-workout. I love it and it tastes delicious. So gonna mark this and then we'll hop in the car, we'll head to the gym, and we'll talk about what we're gonna do at the gym. All right, we got the car video rig set up. We're completely Sam Sulek vibe right now. We're killing it. We got the Stanley right in the middle of the way, same with the dash. What are you gonna do? All right. Kum kum. So I just got back from, uh, a week-long vacation in Hawaii, and, um, like the last day I started feeling sick, and as soon as I got back I've just been so sick. Like, not so sick, like it's just like congestion and coughing and shit like that. It's not the end of the world, but we're definitely feeling sick, which is very rare for me. I've got the immune system of somebody with a very strong immune system, so I do not usually get sick, but we're a little bit sick, so it is what it is. But I'm very happy to get back in the routine. We're headed to the gym now. The plan for today is Because I'm sick, we're definitely not going crazy hard. Um, we're mostly going to get the cardio and the, uh, and the sauna in. That's gonna make me feel a lot better, I think. But, uh, we are gonna do some dead hangs like I talked about earlier, just to help with my shoulders, um, because they are feeling like dog shit. Um, so we're gonna do some dead hangs, and then I think that we're gonna rip some chest. Um, and then the cardio and the sauna. As far as chest, uh, it's gonna be light. I'm not gonna do anything crazy. I'm definitely not doing any barbells or dumbbells. We'll probably rip some, um, plate-loaded— yeah, we'll do it. We'll do a plate-loaded incline press, um, and then we'll do, uh, probably some flies. Some, uh, like a pec deck, but that might feel weird on my shoulders. I don't know, we have to see how that is. Um, maybe some dips, some push-ups, um, some cable, maybe some cable press or some cable flies. That's what we'll do instead of pec deck. We're gonna hit— we're gonna do some cable flies. We'll do some like, uh, yeah, we'll do, we'll do some cable flies, probably like, uh sort of, um, coming up, like low to high cable flies. And then, um, we'll do like a, a high to low cable press. And I think we'll finish on some push-ups. Again, nothing crazy today as far as like the actual strength training goes. And then we're just gonna do my regular cardio, which is 20 minutes on the StairMaster, 3-speed. And then something I've been changing up because normally I've been a, uh, just a classic 3-speed, 12 incline, but I've recently bumped it down to 6 incline and I'm having a way better time. Obviously it's easier, um, but more importantly is I was tracking my heart rate when I was doing the 12 incline and it was going way too high, right? So as I understand it, I want to keep my heart rate somewhere around 100 130, 135 beats per minute, I'm pretty sure, is what my nutritionist told me. And when I was at 12 incline, it was going way above that. When I moved— when I bumped down to 6, I'm staying perfectly at, at a, uh, 135 beats per minute. I was tracking this using an Oura Ring, by the way. So I've been going down to the 6 incline, still 3-speed, ripping 20 minutes. Um, now my nutritionist has me doing just, uh, 90 minutes of cardio a week. So is what I was doing was 22 and a half minutes 4 times, but instead I'm just gonna do 20 minutes 7 days a week. That'll be 140 minutes. So we're gonna crush, uh, we're gonna crush his, uh, um, his prescribed amount of cardio for me, which means we're gonna get rid of these these titties and this belly fat way quicker. So that's a huge dub. Um, also something recently, guys, that I learned was if you have filtered water like I do— I have a reverse osmosis system in my house— um, you should be adding salt in your water, and that is going to cause you to be more hydrated. And also you're not going to pee so much because I drink a shitload of water. Because I just love water, honestly. Love drinking water, love the way it feels. And, um, so one thing that I, I pretty much— I'm not, not every day, but, you know, several days a week, I, uh, I have the LMNT. It's L-M-N-T. And I put those into my water, um, like my first water of the day or something like that, because I drink like maybe— time for make my water of the day, if you guys know what I'm talking about from Instagram Reels. Dude, I hate that guy. Anyway, um, what was I saying? Oh yeah, my first water of the day. Uh, we'll put the Element in a couple times a week. But anyway, I've just started getting some, uh, pink Himalayan salt in there. Um, basically I'm just trying to add the most amount that I can without me being able to taste it. I got the mixture perfectly today, but this is just something I just learned of that you're supposed to start doing, so I'm excited to see if if this does curb down the amount of times I have to pee, because I normally have to pee a billion times throughout the day and it's insanely not chill, always breaking my productivity. That's one thing about being in like flow state and getting things done. What— how to be an ultra productive person is being able to get into flow state, right? If you guys don't know what that is, it's something you definitely need to research. But basically it's when— anytime you are in flow is when you are doing something where time just seems to fly by. Like, if you guys ever— like, for me, the first time I ever realized flow state was when I was playing video games. Like, right, I remember, you know, being in elementary school, coming home, and I would start gaming with the boys, and we just played for like 3 or 4 hours, and it felt like we were playing for, you know, 20 minutes. But the time just flew by. It's because you're in flow state. Flow state is when you're doing something where basically— I can't remember exactly, but it's something— it has something to do with the level of challenge or whatever you're doing, there's a little bit of challenge to it, but not too much. So it's causing you to actively have to think so you don't get bored. Um, but, um, anyway, it's just the most productive you can ever be. It's also just the best feeling, is being in flow, right? When you're not focused on the time or anything like that, you're just focused on doing whatever it is you're doing. And, uh, for me, having to pee all the time is always interrupting my flow. So We need to curb that down, but we also need to stay hydrated. Best of both worlds. Um, yeah, but after the gym, we're gonna head back. I already have some ideas about the TikToks that I'm gonna make today. I'm gonna review a previous deal to kind of talk about and show people like what wholesaling is for people who've never seen it before. Um, then we're gonna do some other just big brother, um, sort of TikToks, which is where I just kind of give advice like you know, if I had a little brother. Basically, whenever I'm making a TikTok, um, I'm always just thinking of what does my 18-year-old self need to hear? Like, if I could go back in time and tell my 18-year-old self something, what would I tell them? And that's kind of just what my TikToks are. So, um, I got a couple ideas for that. Anyway, we're gonna make those TikToks and then we're gonna jump on live. So I'll probably be live on TikTok, and I don't know if I'm gonna be live on YouTube as well. I don't think so. I think I'm just gonna record out of the camera that I normally am live on YouTube. I'm gonna use that to— basically, we're gonna cut up that footage and put into this YouTube video of all my cold calling. Anyway, basically, I'm gonna go live and we're gonna do some cold calling. And also, when I'm live, obviously people ask me questions and stuff, so I'll answer some of that. But I think for the YouTube video, I'm probably gonna cut out all the questions and just have just the footage of me actually talking to sellers or talking to buyers, whatever it is. But for these days, what I kind of decided I'm going to do is just sort of take everything deal by deal. So instead of just like only doing acquisitions and only buying contracts, I'm just going to buy contracts. Like basically the first deal I get under contract, I'm just going to do the entire deal by myself. Like I'm not going to have any of my team members do anything. So you'll literally see me get the contract. You'll see, I'll describe at least what I'm doing as far as opening up title, everything like that. You'll see how I get the photos. Once I get the photos, you'll see how I start to find cash buyers. I'll do it using all the strategies that I talk about in my free training, which by the way, if you guys had never attended my free class where I show you exactly step by step how to get your first wholesale real estate deal, hit the link. It's probably below this video. All right, homeless lady running in front of my car, very nice. Um, it's probably below this video, but you can sign up. It's an absolutely free training. I'm gonna show you step by step how to get your first deal. And as part of that, I'm going to show, you know, the 5 different strategies I use to find buyers, and you'll get to see me do those in action. Um, that's kind of the plan for these, these next 21 days of lives, is basically just pretend I don't even have a team and just do deals by myself. So it'll be, uh, it'll be interesting, be cool. It's a lot of stuff I haven't done in a long time, so I'll probably be rusty, um, but whatever, we'll get it done. We'll make some, we'll make some, some cheddar, some cash money. Should be dope. Um, recently started going to this EOS Fitness. It's in, um, like downtown Phoenix, and it is a banger gym. I mean, not the best gym I've ever been to by any means, but it's very good. The problem though is that it is busy no matter what time of day. I have the luxury of being able to work out whenever I want, and I don't mind the gym being super busy per se, you know, but it is busy no matter— like, you can go at like a 2 PM on a Tuesday and it'll be busy. Like, so right now I'm pulling up, it is 8:30. I feel like most people are at work or whatnot, but I, I'm telling you, it's gonna be busy. One sec, let me adjust this. I just realized we're kind of like not level. Sorry about that. Either way, it's gonna be busy, but, um, I don't mind that. But anyway, for the longest time I was working out at this other gym in downtown Phoenix, and, uh, it was like a bodybuilder kind of gym, and it was sick. The problem was they didn't have a sauna. So this EOS opened up, decided to check it out, whatever. It's a standard EOS, um, or I guess I'm not sure what they're like all over the country, but here in Arizona they're like all the same. But the equipment and stuff is all new, it's very nice. They've got a ton of benches, ton of squat racks, um, all the different machines and equipment you need. They got some really cool leg day machines, like they have like a pendulum squat and, um, all that jazz. Even though for my leg days, which I guess we'll talk about next time I do leg day, but I've really simplified it. Um, anyway, the best part though, the reason why I moved is because of the sauna. Um, I, uh, I've been seeing all this evidence on social media, which obviously it's on social media so it's 100% accurate 100% of the time, that like saunaing reduces— like if you sauna like, I can't remember, like 3 or 4 times a week, your chances of getting all types of different cancer kid go down by like 70%. And, uh, if that's true, I'm all about it. Because remember, ideal version of myself, pinnacle of health. So obviously we're gonna sauna. So I basically— I say this to say, I fuck with saunaing. I like the way I feel when I'm saunaing. I like the way I feel after I'm done saunaing. And, um, yeah, so big, big thing for me. I'm looking at getting a sauna for my backyard. The problem is I don't want to have to— it only to be on at a certain time, or for me to have to wait for it to come on, you know what I'm saying? Like, if I have to turn it on, I have to wait an hour until it's like ready for me to use it, that's just gonna piss me off. So I don't know, I'm trying to figure out the solution to that. I know there are some that have timers, so it's like you can set it on so it's always on at like 9 AM, but I don't know if I'm always gonna want a sauna at 9 AM. One thing about me is I hate having to do something at a specific time. I don't know where this comes from, but if I'm like, oh, you like, you have to be here at this time. This is why I hate flying so much and why I need to make enough money to fly private everywhere I go, because I hate being told you need to show up here at this time, you need to wait in line, and then when it's your turn, you can go do this, and then here's when you get to eat. It's bullshit. I hate it. But along in that same vein, I just hate having to do anything at a specific time. Oh, you have to work out at this time. No, I don't want to do that. I want to work out whenever I want. I want to just be able to do whatever I want whenever I want. Luckily, I'm, uh, I'm the kind of person where, you know, the stuff that I want to do is often the stuff that gets me, you know, closer to my goals. But shit, man, I just hate having specific times that I have to do shit. Anyway, all right, we're pulling up now. Like I said, light chest, definitely doing some dead hangs, stretching out the shoulders. If you guys know of any other like shoulder stretches or things that I could be doing that might help me on my issue, let me know in the comments because, uh, I would really, uh, like to hear any, any advice on that subject. But anyway, light chest, do some dead hangs for the shoulders, um, do the cardio, sauna, we'll bounce, then we'll, uh, go home, we'll rip the TikToks. We'll rip a lunch, so I'll probably record that as well. Not me making it, but, uh, oh, you know, actually I'm gonna have to grocery shop. I might record that too. I might record that too. I don't know, we'll see. This can end up being a long-ass video. Whatever. You guys are getting a glimpse. This is the real day of my life. None of that fake TikTok bullshit. This is actually what we're doing over here. Anyway, we'll see you guys. All right, we just got back from the gym. We're about to cook up this pound of, uh, 100% grass-fed, 93% lean ground beef and half a cup of this Minute White Rice. By the way, this stuff is awesome if you hate having to spend a lot of time making rice, um, because I just pop it in the microwave with water and it's done. Anyway, we're gonna do this. It's about I don't know, maybe like 800 calories. Um, you get like close to 100 grams of protein, like 40 grams of carbs. So ripper post-workout meal. Get this done. We're gonna shower, film some TikToks, and we're gonna hop on live and we're gonna go make some money.
Hello?
Hello?
Who is it?
This is Tyson with We Buy Homes Cash. I was just calling to see if you might still be interested in selling your property on Blue Ridge Drive. In Columbus, Georgia?
Yes, a lot of people call, but you know, it's just talking. I don't want to waste somebody's time, but you know, it's, uh, uh, right now I, I cannot go show to you or anything. Uh, so that's another thing is I cannot, uh, a lot of people call, but it's just talking. So I don't know, they, they never show me no money.
Well, I'll tell you what, I'll show you the money. So if I were to buy this from you as is, so you don't have to do any work, that you, you wouldn't go any lower than $85,000?
Uh, that on textbook, $85,500. That's what I did.
So, so you won't sell for anything less than $85,000?
I know, I, I don't sell less than that. No.
Okay, so when would I be able to get somebody in to take a look at the property?
You can call me back. My son in town, he can talk to you. If he's not here, I can tell him he's not here. All right, so you don't have to wait. Use him. Okay.
All right. Well then, sounds like I'll give you a call back in 2 weeks.
Okay. Thank you.
Thank you.
This is Mike.
Hey, Mike, this is Tyson with We Buy Homes Cash. I just want to give you a quick call to see if you might still be interested in selling your house over on Navajo Place in Sun Lakes.
You know, Tyson, I am kind of putting that on hold. I'm researching getting maybe like home equity line of credit or loan against the home to finance something. Else I'm interested in rather than selling the home outright, which was my first idea to raise cash. And so as I've looked into that, other things have started to develop. So you're welcome to call me back in a month or so, but for right now, I want to research some other options.
Sounds like a plan.
All right, very good. Take care, Tyson.
You too, Mike. Bye-bye. Hello, James. James, this is Tyson with We Buy Homes Cash. We had spoke last week about your properties over in Rio Del California.
Yeah.
You still looking to sell those properties?
Yeah.
All right, so looks like my notes from our original conversation got deleted somehow, but if I recall correctly, you were looking to get $300,000 $300,000 for both of them?
Yes.
Okay, so I had looked at the properties with my underwriter and we are interested in purchasing them. We did get approved for an offer. The property— so let me just kind of go over what the offer is that we got approved for. We would be interested in buying the properties as is. However, the best we'll be able to do for them is $242,000.
No, I'm not interested in that. Thank you though.
So the good thing is once we get it approved, it's just a matter of making the numbers make sense for everybody. Uh, you said $242,000 doesn't interest you?
No.
Gotcha. Okay. Um, is there some way that maybe we can meet somewhere in the middle? It might work.
No, no, I'm not going to sell it for less than $300,000. There's two houses.
Gotcha. Um, so that house that you— that the squatters— this is the one across the street, right, from the other two?
No, the ones I just told you about are up here where I live.
Where's the one that— are you looking to sell the one—
the other one?
They, the, uh, they're almost getting evicted.
Yeah, I'd like to sell that.
Well, shoot, I'd like to make you an offer for it.
I don't know what I need for that one. I'd have to check and see how much I owe, but it's a 2-bedroom.
All right. When would you be able to take a look and be able to have an idea of how much you'd like to get for it?
Uh, I could look a little bit later here.
All right, well, do you want to do that and I can give you a call back tomorrow?
Okay.
That sound good?
Yep.
All right, well, go ahead and do that and then, um, we'll see what we can do and, uh, I'll work with my team. We'll get you the best price we can for it. All right.
Okay.
All right, well, uh, I'll give you a ring tomorrow around the same time.
Okay.
All right. Thank you.
Thank you.
We'll talk to you later.
Thank you.
So we had a good day on the phone today. Um, we talked to that one lady who was insane. I could not understand her. But the other guy in California looks like it's going to be a good deal, which it always turns out like this. The houses I called him about aren't even the house— isn't even the house that I'm looking at, right? Where this is why you always want to make sure you talk to people and listen what they have to say, because oftentimes they'll start telling you about other properties that um, are— could be deals for you. But anyway, I'm cooking dinner right now. I have some water boiling for this chicken. I'm gonna have a pound of chicken, and then I have some also for Meredith, and then I'm gonna make them with these noodles right here. Then I'm just gonna mix in some butter, some salt and pepper, and we're gonna be good to go. So anyway, that's a wrap for day 1. We've crushed everything we needed to do so far. Um, it's been a great day. Mood's been high. Um, feeling good. But yeah, tomorrow we're gonna run the same game plan, right? We're gonna wake up, we'll do some journaling, we will head to the gym. Uh, tomorrow I think is going to be legs. Um, we're gonna do some of those fun machines that we talked about earlier today. We'll do the cardio, we'll do the sauna, make the 3 TikTok videos. One of my TikTok videos already got banned, community guidelines. Lines violation or something like that. So I only have 2 up, but I also made a couple reels, so I'm low-key like way above and beyond. So anyway, made the 3 videos, we vlogged all day today, and, um, we, uh, did 2 hours of cold calling, and from that we potentially got like a $10,000-$20,000 deal. So like I said, we're on the same plan again tomorrow. Um, if you guys haven't already, make sure to like this video because that really helps me out, and subscribe if you're a real baby because I would love that so much. But anyway, we'll see you guys on the next one.
