After two years on TikTok, the creator is shifting to longer YouTube videos about wholesaling. They've filmed five to six videos showing real deals from start to finish, including one where a realtor sent a property, they found a buyer, and documented the whole thing to show how wholesale deals actually work.
I need to work more on YouTube. Uh, over the past 2 years, I've been far too focused on only TikTok and Instagram, those 2 platforms, just making short-form content. Moving forward, you're about to see me posting a lot more long-form YouTube videos. So, uh, since Tuesday, I've already filmed 5 or 6 YouTube videos of just stuff that I think is interesting and stuff that I think will help other people. So I'm having videos come out and like, what is wholesaling? And some different wholesaling tips and some things I do. But also like I'm showing like some current deals that I'm doing. So for instance, today I got sent a deal from a realtor and I was working with a buyer and we went and got— went and saw it. And basically, you know, all these moving parts were happening, but the entire time I was just filming so I could show somebody sort of what it looks like to constantly making deals happen. And I want to be able to show that to more people so that they can see that really it's nothing crazy. It's just being somebody who's able to get shit done.
