If you want to make 6 figures a year wholesaling real estate, you need to pull these lists. First, tax defaults, vacant properties. These are properties that the United States Postal Service have determined have nobody living there. Tired landlord. These are people who maybe have owned their rental property for a long time and very likely have tenants who aren't paying. Pre-foreclosure. These are properties that are about to get foreclosed on. Can you imagine somebody who'd want to sell their property fast before it gets foreclosed on? Also, inherited property. Imagine that you're already struggling to make your rental payment every single month, and all of a sudden your aunt kicks the bucket and now you have to pay for her property too. And then lastly, our expired list. These are people who try to list their property on the market and ended up not selling. All you have to do is call these people up, make them a cash offer, get the property under contract, and sell that contract to somebody else before you ever had to pay for it. If you want to learn exactly how I'm doing this to make 6 figures every single year, then sign up for the free class I'm doing. The link's in my bio, and I'm going to show you how I find these sellers, what questions I ask them, how to find buyers for the— for these properties, and everything else you'll need to know to get started.
