I'm going to explain to you guys why real estate is the best. When you don't have a lot of money and you need to get your paws on some money, my best advice is to go find the most expensive thing you can sell and start selling it. Because when you sell things, you get commission and the amount of commission you get is going to be based on how expensive the shit you sell is. You can get into real estate, which is some shit that has fucking at least one comma in it and more often than not, like 6 zeros. And so you can get yourself a little piece of that. You're going to make more money than selling the majority of other things that you want to get into. Now, there are a lot of other high-ticket things that you can start selling to make plenty of great commission, and that's great. But the thing about getting into selling real estate is the barrier to entry is so low. Got to get your real estate license. You got to learn how to wholesale, whatever the fuck it is. That's why I recommend getting into real estate, is because you can start making a lot of money. And plus, you're learning an industry that then you can start using that money to invest into other things. So you start to make even more money.
