I have taught so many people how to wholesale real estate from my free classes and my other programs and things I do where people are calling all the time and they get deals and they bring them to me. They don't have to, but I've just taught them. They trust me. They know that I can do what I say I can do. And so they bring deals to me all the time. Why would they bring them to you instead of closing themselves? Because a lot of people want help. I'm the easy button for all things in life, whether it's people selling their house, right, or people doing deals, right? It's because I'm just— I'm plugged in, dude. I'm tapped into the network. I can move deals, you know, and I just have so much experience with closing deals. Like, a lot of real estate deals aren't as straightforward as you might think. There are title issues that come up and there are inheritance disputes and all of these other weird things that I've just dealt with because I've done hundreds of deals before. So I know how to deal with them.
