Tyson Smith's Wholesaling 101 course includes free videos on YouTube, but the paid value is weekly live Q&A calls with him, a community forum, and pre-sourced leads with skip-traced contacts to help you start deals.

In Wholesaling 101, there's a video course. That's not the most important part. I'll tell you right now, every single video that's in the course, that's also on my YouTube channel somewhere. Most important part is you also get a weekly call that I jump on every single week with everybody who wants to go on, and you can ask me questions about whatever the fuck is going on, and I will answer it for you. Also, there's a community where if you have a question and it's not a day that we're having a call, you can ask there and I will answer it. That is the value in the course. Not to mention also, this is a bonus. It's not part of the course, anything like that, but I've been pulling leads and skip tracing them and just giving them to people in my course because I want them to succeed. And I know that people like spending money on marketing can be tough.
