Tyson Smith explains how a Batch Dialer works for real estate outreach. It places multiple simultaneous calls, stops dialing when someone answers, plays a pre-recorded message if multiple people pick up at once, then moves to the next person after the call ends.
How does Batch Dialer work? If it dials more than one person at a time, how does that work? It just dials like 5 people at a time. When somebody picks up, it stops dialing other people. If 2 people pick up at once, it just plays a pre-recorded message. It's like, "Hello? Hey, can you hear me? One sec, let me call you back," and then it just hangs up. And then after you finish your call, it'll call that next person back. Very sophisticated.
