What's next for you guys? Larger development. Yeah, that's our plan. Like, we sit down and talk regularly of like, okay, where, where do we want to go? What do we want to do? We don't want to go the route of like too, too wide in the sense of like, I feel like sometimes when you have too many irons in the fire, it's, it's easy to take your eye off of certain things, you know what I mean? We want to, to go heavily into large, large multifamily. We'll talk about like what we're passionate about and like when we talk to each other, it's so sweet, you know. So when we talk about that stuff, we both say we want to do large multifamily. So, you know, I'm talking 50-unit, 100-unit, 200-unit, you know, stuff like that. That's the stuff we want to get into.
