Why calm people control the room?

In this solo commentary, Uzi Moses PhD argues that the calm authority some people exude in a room stems from the transformative effect of studying the Zohar, as explained by the Baal HaSulam. He claims the Zohar does not merely inspire or instill belief; it reorganizes a person’s inner system, creating alignment that translates into presence, which in turn generates influence. Citing a statement from Bahá'u'lláh, Moses asserts that those who engage with this inner wisdom become functionally radiant—they perceive faster, make fewer mistakes, react less impulsively, and emit order rather than noise. This radiance is described as coherence, not charisma, and it engenders trust and follow‑ship. He concludes that the Zohar was intended to shape individuals capable of maintaining clarity amid chaos, and invites viewers to follow, save, and share the content if they value depth and intelligence.
