Accelerate Strategy Leadership Solutions Training, led by CEO Dr. Walter V. Murray, outlines a strategic partnership model for colleges and universities to integrate professional leadership and strategy training into their offerings. Two primary tracks are presented: (1) Guest lectures by Dr. Murray, which can be delivered in‑person, virtually, or hybrid across seminars, courses, conferences, research days, career fairs, or commencement events, providing students and faculty with real‑world entrepreneurial and leadership insights; (2) Short professional development courses and certificate programs that can be added to existing professional development curricula or used to launch new programs, mirroring models from elite institutions like Harvard and Stanford and generating significant revenue while serving working professionals. Dr. Murray’s extensive credentials—doctoral research in organizational strategy, seven books, hundreds of white papers, 30+ years of C‑level experience, and $300 million in cumulative business sales—are highlighted to establish credibility. The video concludes with a direct invitation for academic leaders to schedule a brief 30‑minute conversation to determine which partnership track (or both) best fits their institution’s needs.

Our firm, Accelerate Strategy Leadership Solutions Training, has been developing professional leadership and strategy training programs for corporate training for the last 15+ years. We have also provided this professional leadership and strategy training for universities and colleges, either as part of their academic curriculum or as part of their professional development track. We are ramping up our partnerships with colleges and universities. We are exploring partnering with colleges and universities to provide professional leadership and strategy training programs as part of their academic curriculum or as part of their professional development track.
So, what does this partnership look like? What is our vision for this partnership? At Accelerate Strategy and Leadership Training, we see two key tracks for partnering with colleges and universities for leadership and strategy training. First, guest lectures. These lectures to students in your business management and leadership programs are a great way for students to hear from someone with decades of experience in the fields that they are preparing to enter. Dr. Murray does an excellent job in connecting academics to the real-world on-the-job realities. Students who attend these guest lectures always comment about the amazing insights they get into what it will take to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship, business management, and leadership. Dr. Murray can present his lectures in departmental seminars, conferences, in a course where the content for that day's course is presented by Dr. Murray, or in a career fair. Also, Dr. Murray has presented in university research days, where he speaks not only to students but to faculty, staff, and other professionals. Dr. Murray's guest lectures can also be in the form of a graduation commencement keynote address or addressing the graduates in a departmental celebration of their graduation. Of course, how and where Dr. Murray shares his guest lectures with your department is up to you. You can be as creative as you want to be in how Dr. Murray gets to share his experience expertise, and insights with your students, faculty, or staff. They could be virtual, in-person, or a hybrid presentation.
The second partnership opportunity is with our short courses in a professional development program at Accelerate Strategy and Leadership Training. Dr. Murray and his team have created short professional development courses and can offer them in your existing professional development program. Or, if you don't have a professional development program, we can work with you to create a curriculum so you can launch a professional development program. These professional development programs are offered by many of the more prestigious universities like Harvard University or Stanford University's Executive Leadership Education Program. It is also fairly prevalent even among smaller, less known colleges and universities. The popularity of professional development programs is driven by the fact that it often represents a significant source of revenue for the college or university. The growing number of working professionals seeking to enhance their skills or advance their careers is another factor that drives the popularity of these professional development programs. These programs may include the executive education programs. Certificate programs, or short-term courses and workshops. These programs may be offered online, making them accessible to a wider audience.
Dr. Murray looks forward to exploring with you if one or both of these partnership opportunities can add value to your school of business, school of leadership, or your professional development program. In many cases, both the guest lectures and our short courses can be adopted at the same time. As a guest lecturer and as a course creator and facilitator, Dr. Murray brings his unique mix of academic achievements and hands-on leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning to his lectures and courses. His doctoral research and degrees are in the areas of organizational strategy, policy, planning, and leadership. He has written extensively on these topics, with 7 books and hundreds of white papers, professional guides, and training curricula. His career includes founding and leading several successful businesses since 1990. His businesses have generated cumulative sales volumes of close to $300 million since 1990. He has advised, coached, or partnered with thousands of business owners and leaders. Dr. Murray also has over 30 years of C-level leadership experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. He brings his blend of academics, entrepreneurship, and leadership and strategy coaching experience to his lectureship and course creation and facilitation. Dr. Murray looks forward to speaking with you soon to learn more about your business or leadership department and your professional development program.
