Season's greetings to you.
Best of wishes for the new year. Notice I didn't say best of luck because I know that you don't rely on luck for achieving the best in life. When you are trying to pursue excellence and success, you don't rely on, on luck. You rely on a solid, realistic plan and staying committed as you pursue and and execute that plan. That's what the great leaders do. That's what the effective, impactful leaders and managers do. That's what impactful people do, right? And so that's why I want to give you this free strategic planning training program. Well, not the entire program, but I've condensed and summarized all the critical key points from my comprehensive 5-module strategic planning program, condensed it into this very concise lesson.
You know, there are various schools of thought, various strategic planning models, right?
In fact, dozens. You just do a quick Google search and, or do some research on strategic planning, there's all kinds of models. There's the The alignment model, the scenario planning model, tons and tons of different models, right? And they all have different phases or broad categories. But functionally, if you distill it down or drill down on what that phase is, there really are only 5 functional phases of strategic planning. 5 functional phases. And so what we've done here as strategic planning advisors is We've identified those 5 phases in, in terms of functionality.
This lesson is designed to help you move past the most treacherous phase of strategic planning. There is this one phase, and it's the very first phase in the 5 functional phases strategic planning method, there's this one phase that just gets everybody. Well, not everybody. It gets those people who have not taken my strategic planning training program. When you complete this training program, you would not get got, right? You won't get got. If you know how to navigate through this one phase in the strategic planning process that gets everybody.
All right, things to do. You have marching orders. That's what a mission is. So the way you would use your quantitative high-value results to frame your mission statement is, for an example like this, um, our mission is to And again, to be very elementary, get in the habit of framing your mission statements with the words, or beginning your mission statement with the words, our mission is to, because that tells you right off the bat this is something that you're going to do, right? Our mission is to achieve. This is the time you want to get involved with strategic planning. Make sure you have a good understanding of Phase 1 through 5.
Don't get stuck in Phase 1.
Don't get gut in ideation.
Thank you.
