Dr. Bryce Appelbaum, a neuro-optometrist, explains why vision decline isn't inevitable and how screen time causes myopia, dry eye, and headaches. He recommends the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Daily eye exercises, more blinking, and foods with lutein and zeaxanthin also help restore functional vision.
