I don't look at a hygienist as a hygienist who cleans teeth. She has more influence on patients than a primary care physician. And so I want her to influence patients on their total health and wellness. So we track dollars, schedule coming out of the room. So a hygiene superstar. I quantify if they do 20,000 individually and they sell $40,000 worth of restorative treatment coming out of their room, they're a superstar. Now, a lot of hygienists don't really want to be a superstar. All they want to do is clean teeth. And maybe they should be in accelerated hygiene, seeing two patients and leaving their mask on and not really educating and motivating patients. But for me, a hygiene superstar is a hygienist who cares about me.
