When investigators come to talk to somebody, there's usually two people. One that's doing the asking of the questions and the other person that's taking as verbatim of notes as possible. And rest assured, like I said, they know the answers to their questions. And if you say something in a way to outsmart them or to try to explain your way out of something, if it's false or less than entirely truthful, it will be used against you. So it's never in your best interest to answer questions without first consulting with a lawyer. And then if at some point, based upon legal advice they suggest or they recommend, and with their guidance, they think it's okay for you to answer questions, those questions are always available to be asked, but you should never do so without first consulting with legal license.
