Okay, One thing we want to do is show you how to easily access your team here at Practice cfo and also the online reports like financial statements and tax returns that we're going to be providing for you, as well as things like your investment data as we set up 401ks and retirement plans. As you onboard with us, our team will send you a link to a website that will look like this or very similar to this, and it'll show your CFO advisor here on the left and then it'll show the remaining of the support team for you and your CFO advisor. And we want to condition you to know that you can access everybody, but specifically who your team members are, so you can go to that team member who is going to answer your question more directly. For example, if you have a question or you have a comment about a business transaction that you made on a personal card, for whatever reason, maybe you didn't have your business card, so you put it on your personal credit card and you want to make sure that that gets included in the accounting records for reporting and tax purposes. You would reach out to your lead accountant, the person who's doing your monthly financial statements, who's importing transactions, categorizing, reconciling, posting to your online portal, and in this case it's Cameron Smith. But we have a lot of accountants and so you're going to want to go to the accountant that specifically assigned you. Now, it's very rare that we change accounts, but we do occasionally and we'll update your support team. But go to your, go to them and you can email them and tell them I bought this transaction personal card, this amount, this date, this purpose, and they will get that updated within your accounting records. If you have a question around 401k and how do I onboard a new employee onto our 401k plan, then you could go to the Brandon Hobson, in this case the Director of Investments. If it's tax time and you need to provide say a charitable related document for itemized deduction purposes, or if you need to ask them a question about the tax organizer or how you e sign your E file authorization form, you would go to your tax representative. Now, all of them are supporting Drew. So anything you do ask Drew, he might route to the right person. But the things that go to your CFO advisor for are the big strategic questions about, for example, buying a large piece of equipment and understanding the financial implications of that, or restructuring your payroll to change the amount you receive for your personal budget, or questions about cash Flow planning for the rest of the year or doing a build out within your office. A lot of those big key questions should always go to your CFO advisor who's going to see everything strategically and globally. You'll see that for every individual on here there is an email and there is a phone number as well to contact them directly. And now one very important thing is I want you to be able to access this whenever you're at your computer. And so I recommend that you use what's called the bookmark bar. And you can see I have all these icons up here called bookmarks. These specific icons are called favicons. And if I were to click on one of those, they will take me to the specific website that I saved. That way I don't have to type in the URL or Google it. It's just right there, one click away. Now, if you don't see this bar, regardless of your browser, I'm in Google Chrome. But if you're in Microsoft Edge or Firefox, then you would have the same bar up here. If you're not seeing that, you'd want to click on, up here on the top right, these three dots and you would want to go to your bookmarks. And on the bookmarks you can see that there's a bookmark bar, there's a checkbox that says show bookmark bar. Well, if I uncheck that, it's gone. But all I have to do is go back, go to my bookmarks, show bookmark bar. And there it is. Now how do you get.
Your, how do you get your websites saved on that bookmark bar? Every website address will have a little icon to the left. Many times it's a lock. And if you grab that lock, you left click it. And, and while you're holding down your left click, you drop it until you see a vertical bar form. You can see that you can drop that wherever you want. Well, if I drop it right here, you see it forms and it even has the name of that website. I like to save my real estate because as you can see, I use a lot of them. You can even create folders by right clicking and creating a folder as well. Add folder, add. And then you can save websites within that folder. So for example, my banks, bank of America, American Express, Union bank, and there's others as well. But now you have it saved. If you want to save more real estate, you right click it, right click, go down to edit, and then you delete the name. All I did was delete the name. Now I Click save and there it is right there. And if I click that it will bring me right back here anytime. The other website I want you to save as a bookmark is our practicecfo.com webpage. So go to practicecfo.com and do the same thing. Grab on the eye, go ahead and drop it down while you're holding, unclick and there it is. Right click edit, delete, save. You can see I already have it saved there. So I'm going to right click and then delete that. But when you're here you have these three logins, your CPA services login where we're going to show your monthly financial statements and your tax returns will be there. Then we have the Financial Independence Dashboard or FI Dashboard. This is where we do your long term retirement planning and we have your personal net worth statement, details around your personal assets and liabilities and what our goals are for financial independence. The next one we have is the Financial independence portfolio or FI portfolio as we set up 401ks and IRAs and other investment accounts for you. We're doing that at Charles Schwab and you'll be able to click here. We do a daily feed from Charles Schwab into this software that we use, we pay for in order to show you all of the data around your investments portfolio as a whole. All of your accounts in a single view showing your return year to date, your return over the past 12 months, what specific stocks, bonds, mutual funds were holding, what you've put in a lot of rich detail there on the FI Portfolio website. And if you need access to these and you forget or you don't have it, just reach out to your team member FI Portfolio. If I go back to our team FI Portfolio, you would go to Brandon, who is our Director of Investments on the accounting side of the CPA Services, your monthly financial statements, you could go directly to your lead accountant there for your long term retirement plan. And the FI dashboard you would just go directly to your CFO advisor for that. So that's a quick rundown on how to access your team, who, who to go to your team for what. And by the way on that you'll see as you scroll down the bottom of each of these, you'll see.
Specifically what you would contact each of these people for. Please read that just to get familiar with it as well. And then we have a few other details down here. Our administrative contact, Richard is our implementation specialist, Director of Operations Assistance. A little motivational, a few motivational comments from me as well. And so a lot of really good detail here. Hopefully that helps. At any time. You can always go to your CFO advisor, but ideally we'd love for you to know who your full team is and be able to access them specifically for the questions and comments that you have.
