So we did it what I call the Jordaš way. We did not push a product, we made everyone believe and know that they need it. We played hard to get and we gave the technology that we are applying a sex appeal and we did not start with changing everything. We selected only a few individuals that will start to play with the technology, and those individuals all of a sudden created some curiosity around what it is that they're doing. What are they doing different? They get to spend more time in meetings with me and with the software company. They get new computers, they get new tools, and they are showing results that are exciting. So once we achieve that, status for the actual users, the others wanted to become users. So the rollout for everybody else became much easy in a way that we pulled them instead of pushing the technology to them. We pulled the users rather than pushing them into a technology.
