Businesses are struggling. Consumers are returning a third of what they're buying. And I love this screenshot from BBC News, my home from home. I'm from London, in case anyone didn't get that. Where it's saying that H&M medium can actually be anything from an extra small to a double extra large. I'm sure we've all experienced that. And consumers getting really frustrated that they're being forced to pay for returns when they're like, I'm ordering my normal size and you guys can't make that right.
